Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

The cabin was very clean and the staff was very friendly I would definitely stay there again. Also it is in a beautiful location.
Mountain Views With My Coffee
The pictures actually did this listing justice and everything was delivered as promised. Check in/Check out process went super easy with simple communication via text. We ended up losing power the first 24 hrs of our stay but that was not on them, there was an issue in the local area. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. I will say the main mattress needs to be replaced. Very bad, soft and slopes on both sides. Other than that I would definitely stay here again. We were here on Thanksgiving week and unfortunately didnt see any bears. Must have been late in the season. We were more than satisfied with our stay at Tree Tops which is now named Ole Smokey Lookout.
Love This Place!
We rented this cabin last year for our honeymoon and returned for our 1 year anniversary because we enjoyed it so much. Had another wonderful stay, with amazing views in a beautiful cabin. Highly recommend!

Love Our Tree Tops Cabin!
This is our favorite cabin. Location is excellent, views cannot be beat! Love sitting out on the back decks reading and relaxing with morning coffee and afternoon drinks! Response time from Elk Springs Team is phenomenal; ran out of propane for the fire pit and had new tank in 15 minutes! Place is clean and well-maintained. We love being on this side of Gatlinburg and avoiding the crowds; it's our getaway. Played golf and had breakfast at Pancake House, another routine for us.
Tree Tops Is Tops!
Tree Tops is just as beautiful as the pictures. The view is amazing. Perfect size for our family of four. The cabin felt very private and was very quiet. We will definitely be back!!
