Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Graduation Family Trip
My family was celebrating my nephew's gradation. The property was very nice, you are in the middle of nowhere, so if you were loud, it's not a problem. I loved that the pool house is separated from the house. We also had a visitor (a bear), I wish I could attach the video. We were sitting on the back porch and when we saw it. We took video inside the house through the window. The only minor thing was, the cabin could have a little cleaner. There were flies in the master bedroom in the tub. Also the driveway to get to the gate is like a roller coaster. I would rent again though.

Amazing Views And Beautifully Secluded!
This cabin was incredible. The separate pool house was so much fun for my group, and we could not stop taking pictures of the views. The sun sets just perfectly facing the overlook. Tons of space for a large group!
Best Cabin Ever
Omgggggggggg the house was better than the pictures, home was beautiful and my family needed to be the only house on the mountain because they were so loud lol I know they scared the bears away... Everything was PERFECT from the dishes to the furniture And WE WILL BE BOOKING FOR NEXT YEAR... THE MANSION IS WORTH EVERY PENNY SPENT.
