If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.
We all enjoyed being in Gatlinburg and staying at southern comfort. In total we were 6 adults and 2 young children. the accommodations worked very well for our family. we look forward to staying again in the future.Would recommend to others? Yes

Surpassed my expectations!
I stayed in the Souther Comfort Cabin and it was a fantastic stay! The cabin was very clean, perfectly functional, and perfectly accommodating. I had 11 people in our cabin and there was plenty of room for everyone. Staff was very nice, and called after my first night to make sure my friends and I were all doing fine. If I ever find another good deal, I will probably be back!Would recommend to others? Yes

First cabin experience
Very nice property. Getting to the cabin was an adventure. Lots of hills. I like everything touched-dusted when I rent. I would recommend more dusting and it was cold in April. The heat did not work well. Property description very accurate. Close to shopping and dining.Would recommend to others? Yes

The family want to try something a little different this year for Spring break so weDecide to visit the mountains what a Great experience we had, the cabin we very clean the stay was very pleasant a great atmosphere we just loved it!!! Fun Getaway With Friends
We had a wonderful time at this cabin. We stayed in February for 4 days, 3 nights with 10 people. The pre-booking process was a bit confusing but after reading the multiple-page packet several times over, we were good to go. BE SURE TO READ YOUR PACKET!!The cabin was beautiful but do not expect it to be super quiet outside as it is a resort and you are close to other cabins. Inside, we did not hear any neighbors. We did not have any issues with the neighbors noise level (just know that you can hear them) as we were there to have fun and relax. I will say though, there was some kind of construction that was going on until about 10pm one of the nights which was fairly disruptive to us.We had an issue with one of the beds being broken but maintenance showed up within hours and had it fixed almost immediately. Also, if you plan on doing a lot of cooking (we did) be sure to bring your own baking pans and tupperware for storage as the cabin does not have much in that way. We had to go out and buy a bunch of disposables.Cabin is close to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so they make for excellent day trips. Plus plenty of hiking in the Smoky Mountains!! Overall, we had a wonderful time. The cabin was incredibly beautiful and the water is hot. The hot tub was very relaxing!Thank you for having us and we hope to come back soon :)Would recommend to others? Yes

Workers are not supposed to work after 7 p.m. and we would have been happy to send someone out and send them on their way. It is great that our staff was able to help you with the bed during your stay and we appreciate you letting us know. Great Cabin getaway with friends
This is the second time Iâ€™ve stayed at this particular cabin with friends and both times was amazing. Very clean and beautiful cabin as well as scenery. Management was timely, professional and courteous which also made for a smooth check in. Will definitely be back!Would recommend to others? Yes

Great Cabin but needs a better heating unit
The cabin itself was great. The only BIG issue we had was with the heater and fire place. We had to call maintenance several times to get it fixed and the heater would still not properly heat the cabin downstairs in the bedrooms. So we had to sleep in 60 degree weather for 3 nights. Extremely uncomfortable especially for the kids. Other than that, the location was close to downtown, the cabin was well decorated and nice amenities.Would recommend to others? Yes

We do see that the technician was sent out to address these issues for you after you called us and reported them. The heat was functioning when the technician left and since the temperature in the cabin was rising, we assumed it was fully working. We did not realize there was still an issue until you reported it was not heating properly upon your checkout. The technician was sent back out and found a leaf had worked it's way into the drain line. Once this was cleared, it resolved the issue fully. We are sorry that any of your party slept in such low temperatures, as this is not acceptable to us. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you find that any amenity, especially the heat, is not fully functioning. We are fully staffed and capable of handling any emergency situation such as this. We provide 24/7 guest assistance to ensure our guests are warm and comfortable. Please don't suffer, call us.
