If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.
We had an amazing time in this cabin. It was beautiful, well stocked, and the staff was amazing. We got a few inches of snow the night before we left and the staff did a wonderful job of keeping us informed. They salted before the snow hit and plowed the snow several times to ensure that we would be able to depart. (And were very willing to allow us to stay as late as we needed until we felt safe to go) We will be back and highly recommend them to anybody.Would recommend to others? Yes

Awesome Family Weekend
We had a fantastic weekend with our family of ten. The temps were extremely cold that weekend, and we had an issue with the furnace freezing up, but the property management team was fantastic in handling this. They were quick to send someone to repair the issue, and checked in continuously to make sure we were still satisfied. The cabin has plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. It was just too cold, but we really wanted to be able to use the outdoor fireplace. Overall a great cabin.. thanks for an awesome weekend away!Would recommend to others? Yes

Beautiful Cabin Close to the Heart of Gatlinburg
My family and I (6 of us total) stayed in the Four Seasons cabin for three nights this past October. My only regret is we couldn't stay longer! The cabin is beautiful, in a perfect location, and possibly most important, impeccably clean. Each of the three levels has something different to offer and we were never bored, moving to different spots throughout the day. We particularly enjoyed the screened in porch with the fireplace and a large table where we played games. It was nice to have the master bedroom on the third floor and the other bedrooms on the ground for separation. We did wish the hot tub had been on another level other than the ground because it was kind of scary to be out there at night :). My only two cons would be the neighboring cabins are closer than I thought they would be, so you can easily hear loud neighbors if you have them. The other is most of the furniture (couches, outdoor) looked old and worn. When paying a lot for a cabin I would have expected a little more here. Overall this is a perfect getaway for friends and family. The views are beautiful and it feels like you're out in the middle of no where when really you're 10 minutes or so from the Gatlinburg strip. We loved it so much we paid extra for a late checkout!Would recommend to others? Yes

Thanksgiving in the Mountains
It was okay, not the best rental we have had in the past. We had cabins very close on both sides of the cabin we were in. We had folks who came in the night before we left that were very loud which caused us to leave a day earlier than we had planned. We did not realize that the bedrooms were either down or upstairs. We had someone with us who had a difficult time with the steps.Would recommend to others? No
Thank you for your honest review, Paula. It is regrettable that you did not enjoy your time with us. Our cabins are in a resort setting and we rarely have an issue with this. However, we do offer 24/7 staff assistance and have a zero tolerance for noisy or unruly guests. We are happy to address this issue on the spot. Please don't suffer, call us! We do offer a great selection of luxury cabins and many of them have bedrooms on the main level and can be great for those that have problems with steps. One of our experienced Sales Representatives will be happy to help you find a cabin for your next visit that will not only meet, but exceed your expectations. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts.
Nice cabin but some setbacks
The cabin was very nice. We had a great time. I would recommend this cabin to all friends/family with couples of 3. However, we did have some minor setbacks. Our check-in was pushed back from 3 to 5:30 (which turned out to be almost 6). We were informed about this, via text, at 2:00 as we were only 45 minutes away. We were very frustrated after a 6 hour drive with a dog and a 4 year old kid. We understand that things happen but it would have been nice to be notified much earlier. We do take into consideration the hurricane evacuees and how busy it became due to that - Main reason we were not as mad about the time of check-in. The cleaning crew apologized for the long cleaning time and said it was a mess inside. They did a great job because it was very clean - Except for the bed comforter that smelled so bad we had to toss it in the closet. Last thing, I wish they would let you know that the fireplace gas is turned off from April to October. We were looking forward to a fire on the cold nights as it got down to the low 50s. Don't advertise fireplaces when they are turned off! Overall it was a great cabin that we enjoyed.Would recommend to others? Yes

We try our best to ensure all of the cabins are ready by our target time of 3:00 pm. We were experiencing a delay due to not only the number of evacuees that were coming into our area, but also due to the fall Rod Run this past weekend. We do try to ensure our guests are aware that the gas fireplaces are seasonal. This information is included in the contract that has to be initialed on this specific section: 11. FIREPLACES: Fireplaces that are electric are usable year-round, but should not be used at any time when air conditioning is on in the rental property. Gas fireplaces are seasonal and are not in operation from April through September. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience experienced and hope you will consider staying with us again in the future.
I was hesitant at first because the front porch had a half bottle of Mountain Dew left on it and I thought this was going to be indicative of the rest of the cabin. I was pleasantly surprised as the rest of the cabin was impeccable. We really enjoyed our stay. We had 9 adults and 3 children staying there very comfortably. It was nice with the different floors because we weren't on top of each other. There was plenty to do within the cabin and several decks allowing for privacy with all the different couples. I was bummed that we couldn't use the fireplace outdoors the gas was cut off but I can understand why they do that. I would love to stay in this exact cabin again sometime and would highly recommend it to anyone.Would recommend to others? Yes

We pride ourselves in providing clean, luxury accommodations for you to enjoy during your visit to The Great Smoky Mountains. Our indoor gas fireplaces are seasonal. They are not operational during the summer months as this simply puts too much of a strain on the AC unit in the cabin. The gas is turned off to these units until October 1st. The outdoor fireplace at Four Seasons operates on the same line as the indoor fireplaces, so is seasonal as well. We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding on this. We enjoyed having you as our guest and hope you will visit again soon!
Great getaway from home
Had the best time and the most extrodinary stay in Tennessee. The cabin itself was perfect to come back to after long days of hiking. Everything was beautiful and comfy. The staff that we did interact with was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Very conveniently located so close to town which made for good time for travel when going out. I would definitely stay here again (might be very soon) and would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.Would recommend to others? Yes

Wonderful Cabin, scenery, staff and stay!
This cabin was beautiful! We had all our children and grandchildren (15 in all) and it was plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and the cabin was clean. I would recommend replacing the main floor couch as every time we sat on it, we had to push the cushions back in. It was quite annoying. Also, had lots of problems daily with all the tv's and Netflix. The staff was amazing and so willing to help! Overall we were happy with it.Would recommend to others? Yes

Great location, cabin was clean and good amenities. HOWEVER the MBR mattress was miserable, my wife slept in a bunk bed. LR sofa not good forever putting cushions back, not comfortable.Would recommend to others? No
