The adults can gather on the main level while the kids shot some pool upstairs in the game room. Or perhaps gather as a family in your own leather reclining theater seats and watch a movie on the 9 foot theater screen with surround sound. An experience you might not forget! Relax in your private hot tub on the lower level covered porch. With so many things to do, you may not want to leave. Cook in cabin meals in your full kitchen and enjoy the convenience of a gas grill just outside the dining area. Eat outside on the covered deck with screened in porch or dine inside on the custom made cedar log table with benches. Host Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.

Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

SmokyMountains.com Service Fee Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Unit Pet Policy

This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.

The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Wonderful Place

The cabin was wonderful and beautiful! Our whole family loved it. Our kids have nick named the cabin "our special place" because they wish to stay at Finders Keepers whenever we go back. Loved it!

Elk Springs resort was GREAT...the cabin was fantastic

Other than some delays getting into the cabin and a few minor repair issues - it was wonderful

Sometimes during our busy season, we can't always get you in by the target check in time of 3 p.m. We would never want to put our guests into a cabin that is not truly ready for you. You mentioned a few minor maintenance issues and I am glad you reported these so we could get them fixed in a timely manner for you. Please consider another stay with Elk Springs Resort in the future.

It's ok

Our hot tub wasn't working after the second day, and no warm water when we arrived. We called several times, even though we received phone called saying somebody was sent to come over, but no one showed up. Besides those, still a good cabin.

We are sorry to hear you experienced this issue during your stay, Ran. We do show where our technician went to the cabin to try to repair the hot tub. He was unable, despite his best efforts, and an outside vendor had to be scheduled. We do see where one of our Customer Service Representatives tried to call to inform you, but was not able to directly speak with you and left a voicemail updating you with this information. We are sorry if there was any miscommunication on our part. We are happy you enjoyed your stay with the exception of the issue with the hot tub and hope you will consider staying with us again in the future.

Summer in the Smokies

Second summer at Elk Springs. Another great stay! Chalet is beautiful, clean, and spacious. Location is great-easy drive to zip lining, white water without having to go through town and easy access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Property management staff very helpful and professional.

Found a spot of DRIED *** in our bedding.

We were very happy with our rental and wanted to come back again and also would have recommended to other people TILL my wife found a spot of dried *** in our bedding . We slept without any sheets , pillows or blankets that night.

Awesome cabin!

We stayed 3 nights at this cabin and we loved it! Very large rooms, well equiped kitchen, planty of space to everyone. The pool table was very good and we had lots of fun. And it was very easy too book and we had no bad surprises at all. Cant wait to come back!
