Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Great stay!! Awesome cabin!!!
We really enjoy the cabin and the amenities of it. It was big which it was perfect for our group! The staff is very attentive and they care about their guest. The location is prime and close to everything you need!

Elk Springs - Serenity Lodge - Great place to stay
Overall we had a great experience during our stay at Serenity Lodge and would highly recommend it. The upkeep of the cabin leaves a little to be desired but not anything that should prevent you from staying at this cabin. The refrigerator filter needs to be changed as the water tasted bad. The spa water had a bad smell and needs to be changed. A chair in the media room a completely broken and needs to be replaced/changed. The dishwasher is a little rickety and needs fixing. The furniture in the living room needs an overhaul. The pullout mattress needs to be replaced - it is completely unusable and does reduce the 'to sleep' count of the cabin.

A Family Christmas!
The cabin was wonderful. The management staff was excellent. We thought we had left behind a few items and they went out of their way to look for them. The only downfall was that I wasn't aware of the Annual Christmas Parade and would not have booked the cabin that weekend had I known. We will definitely rent from Elk Springs again.

Fun weekend getaway
Overall- we were very happy with our stay. A few things we felt could improve the cabin: update the TV's! Some of the furniture is showing wear and tear.The cabin is beautiful and we had a great time!

We stayed in the Serenity Lodge. It was fantastic. Such a beautiful cabin. We had a blast!! Very clean and spacious. The customer service was great!! I can't wait to book my next vacation stay here!!

We stayed in the "Serenity" and it was wonderful. We attended a family reunion and other family members stayed in 5 cabins. They were elated with the cabins and the overall location. Hats off to Elk Springs Resort. We will definitely return!

Our favorite place to stay in Gatlinburg
This was our second year to go to Gatlinburg for Halloween weekend. We have stayed at Elk Springs Resort both times. We will not stay anywhere else. The cabins are great for large groups! We have had a great experience and would recommened Elk Springs to anyone!

Great stay with the whole family
The Place was a great experience for the whole family, I only wish the view was a little bit better, but the only reason I know there are better views is because I have been there before. The view was still ok.

Family Vacation in the Smokeys
We were very pleased with the cabin. It was beautiful. We felt it was a little misleading in that the pool is not built yet. The print says "there will be" and we assumed that meant "will be" when we get there. We were most disturbed that you cannot get anyone to answer the phone when needed. We had a sink issue and finally called the new reservation number and someone answered that phone. We also did not have hot water the morning we were leaving. Called several times and finally left a message. We received a call back 4 hours later when we were on the road and 11 had taken cold showers. Seems there should be a live person answering the phone 24-7. You can pay $29.99 at a cheap hotel and there's someone answering the phone. Again, loved the cabin but disappointed with the service.
