If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.
Home away from Home
We loved the location! Very quiet and low Key. The photos looks exactly the same in person. Enjoyed every night! We are already looking to plan another stay. It just ended too quick. We loved everything about the home. The game room was the best room! We would recommend this house to stay in.Would recommend to others? Yes

Wonderful Family Time
The location is perfect distance from shopping and other attractions.The parking was tight for 5 cars.The skillets weren't usable, the pans are flaking cephlon. The cabin is beautiful, the bathrooms are super small and hard to move around in.The view is nice, the fire didn't harm that area. We didn't have to call management but they've always been pleasant. We cook alot at the cabin so the dishes available are important. There's alot of craft shops close by. A few rooms were large enough for an air mattress. Game room is nice and spacious. Deck is awesome and the hot tub was clean. The cabin seemed clean so overall it was very nice. If you cook alot, I suggest taking your own pots and pans.Would recommend to others? Yes

I stayed here with my husband, 2 sons, daughter and grand-baby. The cabin was quite beautiful and very clean.We had plenty of space to feel comfortable since everyone had their own bedroom. We watched movies, played pool, air hockey and poker. We used the hot tub and the rocking chairs on the porch. A few cons: We stayed a week and ran out of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, and towels so you'll want to bring a few things...especially laundry soap. The driveway is very steep so larger vehicles may have a hard time if roads are wet. Overall we loved our time here and would recommend to anyone!Would recommend to others? Yes

Another great vacation
This is the sixth time our family has stayed at Elk Springs and it was another great vacation. The cabin was very nice, good condition, good location, close to Arts and Craft community, less than 10 minutes to get to downtown Gatlinburg. Did not have to drive up any steep roads to get to cabin. Very satisfied with cabin. Very peaceful. Couple of small kitchen items were missing, a minor inconvenience. Received excellent customer service from manager, one of the reasons we keep coming back to Elk Springs. I would highly recommend staying at Elk Springs resort. We always enjoy eating at Bennett's, Old Mill, and Apple Barn.Would recommend to others? Yes

For future reference, if you are missing a much needed kitchen item, by all means contact Customer Service to have a staff member bring the item to your cabin. We do our best to keep all of our kitchens fully stocked, but sometimes things get broken or guests accidentally take them home with them. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and we are pleased to hear that is one of the reasons you keep coming back. Amazing property and excellent customer service!
This property is absolutely beautiful! It is spacious and the televisions are all upgraded. The movie theater is a bonus and is also very spacious. My group loved the upstairs area and the walk around balcony. When we first arrived we didn't have enough pans so we called customer service and they were there within 15 minutes with a brand new set. They even called to make sure our stay was going great. We had no issues and so glad we found this on groupon!Would recommend to others? Yes

The cabin was very nice with a few expectations. We saw a lot of bugs and the hot water tank went out and we had to take cold showers the entire weekend.Would recommend to others? Yes

We were under the assumption that the issue was resolved once the technician completed the repair on the first visit. We were not aware it was an ongoing issue until the second report on the morning of departure. We are happy to see that it was fully resolved on the second visit, with no further reports since the work was completed. We certainly understand this was an inconvenience and hope you agree that the compensation issued was a fair resolution. We can assure you this was an isolated event, it is not indicative of a normal stay. We are not sure what type of bugs were found at the cabin, as we did not receive any report regarding this. Each of the cabins are professionally treated by our local pest control company. We take all steps needed to ensure that every cabin is pest free. Even with regular treatment, due to the wooded areas around the cabins, from time to time some bugs can come inside. We will have it retreated immediately to ensure that a comfortable environment is maintained. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience experienced and hope you will consider giving us another chance to show you what a true 5-Star experience consists of. Serenity Lodge Stay
Cabin was great, definitely met expectations per the description. We had 14 folks which 5 were kids and it was very comfortable. The management service was absolutely phenomenal, response and follow-up was exceptional we couldn't ask for better service. We will definitely rent this cabin again in the future. Only downside to the cabin as we read from reviews prior to renting were the TV's. Very old, so investing in new TV's would be a strong suggestion and make this cabin a 5 Star!Would recommend to others? Yes
