Venture our less than 1 mile and you are in the heart of the Arts and Crafts community. go another 5 minutes and you are at the Greenbriar entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National park where you can trout fish in the Little Pigeon River or hike the miles of trails connecting to the Appalachian Trail! Stay in and enjoy a book by the fireplace, gathering with friends and family or head to the game room for a game of pool on the pool table. Your group can enjoy spending time together watching movies in the home theater room with theater seating and 9 foot theater screen with surround sound (just like at the movies) End the day relaxing in your 102 degree hot tub while enjoying the night sky. Host Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.

Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

SmokyMountains.com Service Fee Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Unit Pet Policy

This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.

The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Nice vacation house!

Overall very nicely maintained house. Very near to downtown. Furniture looked old but clean. Only problem we has was cellphone coverage.

Awesome Stay

This cabin was our home away from home. The staff was very friendly. We had a family of 14 and it was extremely spacious. Loved the wrap around porches.

Great Home

Poor Stay - Poor Customer Service - Poor Follow Up

This is not my first rental of a cabin in the Gatlinburg - but unlike competitors Elk Springs lakes in product quality and customer service. Multiple maintenance issues and cleanliness at a low level. TVs are in desperate need of repair - old tube TVs. Carpeting is stained and generally dirty and in need of replacement. I have called multiple times to resolve - always having to contact Elk Springs to attempt to resolve - to date no resolution. Premium price paid for substandard product. I will never rent there again and My opinion is neither should anyone else. Too many better

While we can understand your disappointment with the items that were not working, our hands were tied, as we were not given the opportunity to correct these issues. We offered to send our technician out to resolve the items reported and were told that you did not want anyone out. The televisions in this cabin are older televisions, exactly what is advertised on our website. They are not in desperate need of repair as they are fully functional. We believe the pictures on our website should reflect what you will truly find at the cabin. We also understand that this cabin certainly is not the perfect choice for you. Although it may not be the ideal cabin for you, we receive raving reviews for this cabin, including the guest that checked in after your departure. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience experienced and hope you were able to enjoy your time spent in our beautiful Great Smoky Mountains.

First time cabin

I had a wonderful time at this cabin. It was my first time ever staying at a cabin and I loved it! I liked the location of this resort. The only thing I'd change about this cabin would be to update the TVs. Other than that everything was amazing!

Vacation

This was our third trip using elk springs...cabin was mediocre and dated...some things did not work...even at a discount on the cabin, we felt dissapointed
