Description

Located in Elk Springs Resort, just past the Arts & Crafts Community in Gatlinburg. This luxury log cabin offers entertainment such as a beautifully equipped home theater room and a pool table, air hockey, High Speed wireless internet access and hot tub on the deck. Did we forget to mention the gas grill on the deck? There is a separate game room on the upper level adjoining the theater room so the kids can gather and play upstairs, while the adults congregate downstairs on the main level with full kitchen, living room and dining room. An equipped kitchen and washer and dryer are included for your convenience. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.

Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Will be back

This cabin was huge! We had 11 people and so much more room than imaginable. The check in/out process was very easy and convenient, as well as very clean. Highly impressed with this resort and we will definitely return!

Great Cabin

This was a great cabin for us! We went with two other families so we had 8 adults and 6 kids. I would’ve given it 5 stars except for two reasons.1. The lower level stayed cold all the time while the main level was hot. This was definitely our main criticism.2. Kitchen items were limited (casserole dishes and so on) we expected more for such a large cabin but we made it work.We had a great time and would love to go back!

Crushed Expectations...

Thank you for your services, please know that we are only giving our honest feedback.The cabin looked great from the outside. Walking in, everything looked fine although you could tell the floors had been worn down. We were disappointed to not have all of the kitchenware needed for our stay such as a tea pitcher or a can opener that worked (both the handheld and electric were not helpful). I was told there would be four benches around the dining table- there were only three though. This made meal times a little more confusing.It was hard cooking in the kitchen during the evening because the lighting was not good. I think several light bulbs should have been replaced before we came.All the rooms were very nice, but the basement was very cold throughout the day and especially in the night depending on the room.We were disappointed the that air hockey table did not work properly and the pool table was not straight. These items were one of the main reasons we rented this property so it was not exciting to find out they needed maintenance. Before leaving, we swept everything and made sure we followed the check out directions exactly, and it was clear to see when we cleaned that there was many areas of the house that had not been cleaned well before our arrival.I do not think we would stay here again for the amount we paid because of the lack of kitchenware and up to date maintenance. I also would not recommend this property because we were expecting more and were extremely disappointed. We rented this property expecting to spend a lot of time there relaxing and having fun, we did not expect to run into so many bumps during our stay that made even the simplest tasks harder.Again, thank you for your services, please know that we are only giving our honest feedback.

Excellent Vaction Spot For Family!

Our family of 4 adults and 2 kids had an excellent time. I was pleased that the pictures where accurate depictions of the home. Plenty of space. (We could have easily brought 5 more people and be comfortable).We plan to come back next year. I highly recommend this location.

Fire in the Sky

Excellent cabin, very clean and lots of excellent features. The only criticism I have is that the beds were very uncomfortable and I woke up with back pain every morning. Aside from that one criticism the cabin was amazing, beautiful views and in excellent condition.
