3 stories of rustic luxury in this true log cabin with 2 master suites, bonus room and private hot tub on 1 of the 2 decks. Enjoy your stay in the Smoky Mountains with your own private Home Theater room with 9 Foot Screen, high definition theater projector and surround sound. Upper level private queen master suite includes master bath, jacuzzi tub and beautiful woodwork with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fan. Lower level bonus room features queen over queen bunk beds! Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.

Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Great place

Cabin was great. Had a problem with the heat. Too hot upstairs and to cold downstairs main level was fine.

Cowboy Way Review

We enjoyed the cabin with the exception of no heat downstairs. It got pretty cold downstairs.

Thank you for your kind review, Elizabeth. We certainly appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. Upon your checkout you notified us that the lower level heating unit was not working properly. We sent one of our maintenance technicians out later that afternoon and he found that all the vents were closed off on that level except for one which was not allowing for the heat to circulate properly. Once he opened them up and tested the unit, all was working properly. Please don't hesitate to contact us during your visit if you run into issues such as this. We hope you will choose to visit with us again on your next trip to The Great Smoky Mountains.

Fantastic and CLEAN Cabin!!!

This was by far the cleanest cabin we have ever rented. All clean fresh smelling linens. All the furniture, floors, and surfaces were very clean as well. The whole check in and out process was very easy. Here are my tips for anyone staying here. 1. It is tucked away in the mountains for a more serene experience, yet 10 minutes from things to do. You literally are staying among the trees so fantastic views. 2. It is 3 stories. You enter on the second (main floor). 1st floor is down a flight of stairs and has the super awesome movie room. There is also a minifridge, sink, and drawers in the movie room. Also on this level is a nice shaded deck, bathroom, queen size bunk bed, & a small laundry room. Main floor (2nd Floor) - Is Livingroom (Fireplace), Couch, 2 comfy chairs, dining table that seats 4, kitchen, bathroom, and king bedroom. Also deck with jacuzzi, two rocking chairs, BBQ, and picnic table. Third floor - Pool table, darts, bathroom, and queen size bedroom with in-room spa tub. 3. Dog-friendly - We brought our pub and her crate so she was comfortable while we were out. Plenty of space downstairs to put the crate. She loved it and there is a very nice road to walk on for dog walks. 4. Movie room - FYI - Bring Blueray movies or hit up the red box at Food City. There is a large fee if you try and plug anything into stream. There aren't ports to plug in anyways. Every room has Xfinity cable boxes except the movie room. 5. Internet - Free fast wifi, but FYI it's an unsecured network. 6. Kitchen - We didn't cook much, but there are pots and pans and basic kitchen wares. Dishes, coffee cups, wine glasses, opener, and such are all stocked and in good condition. Coffee maker DOES NOT turn off on its own. *Takes regular basket filters. The microwave is newer and nukes things quickly. Dishwasher takes those tabs and works great. There are no spices, or s

Loud Beds

Everything was great exsept the beds were horrible!! Every time someone moved in their bed it was super loud even the other guests in the house could hear them moving. Might want to reconsider the headboards in the house.

Mountain Therapy

Best decision I’ve ever made. Beautiful and spacious cabin with too many luxuries to list due to limit. Best girls trip ever! Next time bringing the family. I plan to make this an annual event. The staff were super friendly. My only regret is that I didn’t stay longer.

Cowboy Way Review Spring 2018

We had a nice time, however the construction that is occurring at the resort was VERY disruptive. Wish we would have been informed of this prior to stay. Cabins should be discounted when you aren't able to utilize the outdoor areas due to noise level. It was so loud that we really weren't able to enjoy the deck or dine outdoors. After several years of staying at this resort, we may not return.

It sounds as if your disappointment lies solely in the construction and not the cabin itself. We are always improving, but we are very sorry if the noise disrupted your stay.
