Description

If you are looking for a discount 3 bedroom cabin this unfortunately will not be a good option for you. Wine Down is a custom 3 bedroom cabin that formerly was a private residence. While the amazing view would be enough to satisfy most guests, this cabin is also loaded with upscale amenities from the high end kitchen and granite counter tops, to the luxury furnishings and upgraded bedding.

Maximum occupancy in Wine Down is 8 guests and due to the high end furnishings and electronics we cannot make an exception to this policy. (3 suites and 1 sleeper sofa in loft)

Wine down is a 3 bedroom 3 bath cabin with king master suites. Each suite is on it's own level and the cabin features a game room with pool table and a 60" TV.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.

Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Amazing View

We stayed at Wine Down for 4 nights. This cabin is amazing. I picked it for the view and we were not disappointed! The view from all the decks is amazing, not a lot of other cabins in view, just mountains! It was clean and had everything we needed! The only downfall is that there is a lot of steps. None of the bedrooms are on the main floor so there are steps to get to any of the bedrooms which we didn't know ahead of time. My parents, in their 70s would have preferred not so many steps but they managed. Overall, it was a great stay!

R&R

My wife stayed at Wine Down with friends and has bragged about the property. This was my first time staying there and it won't be the last! It is a beautiful cabin with an amazing view. The rental process was easy and professional.

Weekend in the mountains

Wine Down was a fantastic cabin in a wonderful location. The kitchen was well stocked and the multiple levels of living spaces were all very welcoming. Porch views were the best! Would highly recommend this cabin for a 3 couple get away with its 3 master suites. We hired a local chef as well, Chef Ray, for one dinner. He was fantastic!

One of, if not the best cabin rentals weve had!

The only disappointment of our cabin was the BRIGHT, COLD, low energy light bulbs in most of the lighting fixtures. There was a couple warm low energy bulbs in a few of the lamps which we liked. At night the bright, cold lighting ruined the warm cozy cabin ambiance we were looking for. A dimmer switch or two in the kitchen-batrooms would be nice. The view and fire pit were a great touch.We will be back!The Wimmers

Fall getaway

Elk springs resorts does a fantastic job with the rental cabins. The views from the decks are second to none. This was our 5th stay with them and we are looking forward to the next one. You cannot go wrong with Elk Springs Resorts.

Weekend in the Smokey Mountains

Perfect cabin for a weekend in the Smokey mountains. We were a group of 7 and the cabin had plenty of room for all. Kitchen was well stocked and was easy to prepare meals in. Great views on multiple floors.

AMAZING!!!

We have stayed at Elk Springs resort properties several times. They never disappoint. Booking and check-in were so simple, the properties are beautifully kept and clean, and the checkout is so simple. We will always stay with Elk Springs.

Great views outside, could be cleaner inside....

The location of the property is amazing and the views are great. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. The return air vents were filthy, and the wood floors were dirty. We were also surprised at the lack of decent pots and pans for cooking. We are not sure how you can advertise a screened in porch when there is no door on the porch.
