Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Just About Great
It was a really great place to stay and I would stay there again. The pool and beds were awesome. They called us a few times to check up. The cabin was very cool and overall, it was super nice. The hot tub under the stars was epic and having a pool open 24/7 is the very best. There were a few things that could use some TLC. Small stuff like dirty upper windows, extremely dusty fake plants, and small damages like a broken window covering. I wish they would include a map of the drive with noted hazards and inclines as part of the profile, they recommend 4-wheel drive in the listing, and if you are from flat land like us you will 100% want to take note and arrive before dark the first night.

Lovely Cabin In The Mountains For A Family Trip
Not for the faint of heart driving up the hills to get to this beautiful place! My husband was braver than I and I was glad he was driving! Other than the steep roads to get there, the cabin was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of room to spread out, and the kids (11 and 9) enjoyed the pool table and pool! Internet strength is spotty and I was unable to work from the cabin. Management company was fast to respond with a suggestion of a great local coffee shop for me to be able to work at. Kids were upset they couldn't watch youtube while there, but they managed to have a great time once they unplugged a bit! Location was wonderful, just outside the bustle of Pigeon Forge, but we could get everywhere with ease. Loved the full kitchen and comfort of the space!
Beautiful Views And Family Fun
We were very excited to enjoy our stay at the Secret Splash. When we arrived we found some issues with the cabin. After contacting Elk Spring Resorts about the issues we had, they sent out maintenance immediately.
All of the issues where taken care of very quickly. The cabin was amazing to stay in! Our family had the vacation and experience we had been waiting for. I truly believe that that you make a vacation for memories and this did exactly that... Memories that my family and I will cherish forever. I would defiantly recommend staying with Elk Spring Resorts and Secret Splash.
