2 king master suites each with a full bath, a full kitchen with dining area, appliances and everything you will need for in cabin meals. And all the conveniences such as free WIFI, a washer dryer and phone with local and long distance. In the small chance your party will be bored with the pool, then they will enjoy shooting a game of pool or relaxing by the fireplace, or maybe reading on one of the rockers on the deck. ### Warning, the last 1/4 to 1/2 miles drive to this cabin is relatively steep. We recommend 4 wheel drive during winter months. Guests used to mountain roads do not have issues with the driveway, however, those not comfortable with mountain roads may feel unsafe on this road during winter conditions, rain or with leave coverage ###

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.

Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Will return!

We absolutely loved this cabin. In a great location, clean and nice, pool was wonderful, well-stocked. We couldn't get the gas fireplace to start and someone came out promptly to assist us. We will definitely return to this cabin on our next trip to Gatlinburg!

Very disappointing

Tv volume did not work and could not be fixed. Kitchen table was so shaky could not put drinks on it due to weld on leg was broken.The toaster also broken but was replaced. Came for xmas but could not have heat downstairs per Owner? It was in the 30s and raining sometimes colder. Paid for a pool and pool table we could not use due to cold. Pool room tile and cement even if pool was warm (and it wasn't) you could not be in that room, especially in a bathing suit!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Marsha. We are sorry to hear you experienced these issues during your stay. We do see that a technician came out and checked the temperature on the pool as well as the volume for the TV. The temperature of the pool when he arrived was at 82 degrees and we show that he turned it up to 87 degrees. The volume could not be adjusted via the remote, however, it could be adjusted by the buttons on the actual TV. The technician did explain this prior to leaving. We are sorry, but there had to have been a misunderstanding regarding the heat downstairs. Even though the cabins are individually owned, it is mandatory that there is heat on each level at every cabin. The thermostat is set to limit the temperature to 75 as temperatures higher than this can put too much stain on the unit and cause the units to freeze up. Your feedback has been forwarded to our maintenance department and we can assure you each item will be addressed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience experienced and hope you were able to enjoy your time spent in our area.

Cute, clean cabin, but beware of accessibility

We were a family of 6 and very happy with the cabin itself. It is on the small side, but the little indoor pool kept the kids occupied and made up for the tight fit. My main concern about this cabin is the steep road to get to it. I've written the cabin company who says they let you know about the steep road in the check in information, but let's be honest, who really reads that stuff. I suggested that they warn people about these roads PRIOR to booking. We arrived after 10pm in pitch black. It was dry outside and our minivan could NOT make it up the hill. After 3 attempts of skidding, sliding and kids crying, we did finally make it up but the next day it snowed and it was a real mess from there on out. (ie - having to hike/slide up/down this steep hill on foot) Please do your research when booking and be sure to ask about accessibility no matter what cabin you go with. Lesson learned to always ask! Cabin companies should NOT hide this type of information from families.

We do include this information in each booking to ensure our guests are prepared for all aspects of their stay. We also recommend asking about accessibility anytime you are booking a cabin in the mountains. While some cabins are lower and easier to access, other cabins may only be accessible by traveling winding, mountain roads. We also include detailed driving directions in this same email and instructions to print out the directions as GPS is not reliable going to this cabin. There are two routes listed, the QUICK ROUTE-(steep hill that sometimes can be slippery) along with ALTERNATIVE ROUTE. We sincerely apologize for the difficulties you experienced and hope you were able to enjoy your time spent in our area.

A Secret Splash - decent place to stay

We had a fairly good experience. The house is nice and in a great location. What attracted us to this specific rental was the amenities - the indoor pool for our kiddos and the hot tub for the adults. Sadly, the hot tub was not functioning properly when we arrived, the water was standing at 60 degrees and not warming up. We called maintenance and they came out working 30 - 45 Minutes. The maintenance man looked it over and told us nothing was wrong and it would just take a while to warm up. We patiently waited until the next morning and the hot tub was still no warmer than 60 degrees. We called again, maintenance came out again within 30-45 Minutes. This time, there was an obvious issue found and fixed however we still could not use the hot tub until 4 pm the second day of our stay because it took that long to warm up to a decent temperature. We only stayed two nights so this was a pretty big disappointment. When asked for some sort of compensation, we were ignored. We also had to call for new batteries to the remotes and to report that the ice maker in the fridge did not work. There are also no measuring cups in the kitchen so please take your own. Our kiddos loved the indoor pool and spent hours on it so that made everything worth while. Elmer, our second maintenance technician was very helpful, kind, and efficient. Grateful for quick responses to our maintenance issues but really wish we hadn’t had to call them twice. Not a terrible experience but I doubt we stay there again.

Secret Splash

It was a very nice cabin. The kitchen could have used more utensils (measuring cups/spoons etc). A couple things I would have liked to know up front: #1 the roads were a little treacherous arriving to the cabin. #2 the parking situation was not fantastic. We had rented the cabin with another family and initially had planned to drive 2 separate vehicles, had that been the case we would not have had enough parking space.

It might be a good idea to rent from another company

Let me start by saying that I have stayed with Elk Springs over 12 times and I have spent upwards of $20,000 renting their cabins. First off, the pool is NOT blue. It is green. Very green and slimey. Next,the hot tub was not drained or cleaned prior to our arrival. We know this because the water was 101°(impossible because someone had checked out 3 hours earlier)...There were also tons of cobwebs over the hot tub drain. It was painfully obvious that it had not been drained.Not only is that gross, but we were charged an $80 hot tub cleaning fee when we booked. When we called, we were treated with frustration and disrespect. Beth from the office was the rudest person in customer service I've had the displeasure of speaking with. She has no business talking to people. There were multiple other housekeeping problems.(Hair in the shower, dust everywhere, clump of hair in one of the clean towels, dirty dishes, etc) The road to the cabin is so busted up and steep that it's a miracle my yukon wasn't ruined. They gave us 60 bucks for our inconvenience. 60 bucks.....On a $1800 stay and a ruined vacation. Elk Springs used to be awesome. They've gotten too big for their britches now. Customer service and cleanliness most definitely take a back seat to the almighty dollar. We will not be back and I strongly recommend that anyone reading this should find another company. There are MANY in the area.Elk Springs is trash.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Feedback such as this certainly alarms us, as customer service and quality are vital aspects of every company. We were able to look into these issues and would like to clarify some details that seem to be missing from your statement. We do show where you reported that the hot tub had not been cleaned along with the other housekeeping issues. We have time and date stamped photos of all of our hot tubs proving they are emptied out completely between guests. This certainly was not an exception. We do not see where dirty dishes were reported, however, you did report that clean dishes were left in the dishwasher and simply were not put away, along with a hair that was found in the shower. We immediately sent a housekeeper out to correct each of these issues, including draining, cleaning, and refilling the hot tub to your satisfaction. We do not charge an $80 hot tub cleaning fee as you stated. As itemized in your confirmation, there was an $85 cleaning fee, however, this is the amount for cleaning the entire cabin. There are two routes to the cabin, which are both included in the directions we send prior to your arrival. The route you took is clearly the quick route, which is labeled as steep and can be slippery on the directions. We are sorry you did not feel that you received exceptional customer service from our agent. I personally spoke with you regarding this matter and assured you, we would look into this, as this is unacceptable to us. We also discussed that not only were you issued a 10% refund, but also a discounted rate on the additional night you added during your stay as a courtesy. We can understand your disappointment, but in all fairness, all issues were taken care of quickly. You assured me during our conversation that there was nothing further that needed to be addressed and you felt that we did care. I sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced and hope you were able to enjoy your time in our area.

Secret splash

Beautiful cabin in a beautiful location which was very relaxing. Do be aware that it is difficult to find at night as there are no street lights and not all roads are marked with street igns. The cabin was clean and the only complaint we have i that the pool water was freezing. They notified us prior to to our arrival that they were running a bit behind because maintenance was trying to fix the heater for the pool. Unfortunately even with them coming back a second time the pool heater was never fixed and the water was so freezing I ended up with an upper respiratory infection.

The cabin was beautiful and the scenery was amazingly. Our family enjoyed the resort. It's close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.we will definitely be back. Thank you for an awesome experience.

Absolutely Wonderful

We had a great time. The property was beautiful. Everything was well maintained. The only concerning thing for us was the incline to the location but I guess this is what staying in the mountains is all about. We arrived at night which made things a little more challenging but we figured it out and had a wonderful time. I want to thank the staff during the booking process they were Great! We will definitely be back!

Relaxing retreat

This was a great property for the whole family. Very comfortable for family but offered privacy also. Enjoyed the scenery which included a bear. Would definitely come back.
