Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

A Desire Fulfilled Cabin Stay
Our cabin was perfect! Everything was exactly as advertised. I extended our stay so we could enjoy it one more day. The cabin was clean. It was secluded from most of the other cabins. We were tucked away in the woods for the week. Customer service was quick to answer questions prior to our stay. They were available if we needed anything during our stay but we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
Elk Springs
Cabin was very quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed the visit from the bear when we arrived, I think he was just interested in what we were unloading from the car.

Our family had a lot of fun staying at this cabin. It's very beautiful and well maintained with all the amenities that are needed. It was very relaxing. The management stuff is very helpful.
Elk Springs Resort Is The Best
We love Elk Springs Resort. We have stayed in Endless View, Copper Creek, Big Sky Lodge, The Game Changer, A Desire Fullfilled and we have our next trip planned to stay in Knotty & Nice. Elk Springs is amazing, beautiful cabins, perfect locations but most of all excellent customer service. My family and I won’t ever stay anywhere else. We have had no big issues - small things and when I tell you they respond quickly and fix every little detail on point I mean it! Absolutely the BEST in Tennessee!!

Amazing Getaway
Great resort to work with! Attentive to questions prior to the visit. The first morning they checked in proactively to see how everything was and enabled me to report an issue with hot water. They fixed it while we were out. Definitely would recommend this place to others to stay.
