Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Great location!!! So clean perfect for our four person getaway.
Only negative was me and my daughter slept in the basement and it was freezing!
Needs a pac unit down there or some heat vents. I could only find one in the bathroom.
The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked and grilled out. Bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
The driveway is a bit tricky but mastered it after first night.
This is our third time staying with Elk springs thank you and we will see you again very soon!!!!

Nice
cabin exceeded expectations for sure. I only gave a 4* to cleanliness because the floors hadn't been swept but other than that the cabin was clean and you can tell it is well maintained.
Fun Family Time
Had a great time hanging out with our family playing pool. Loved the movie theater experience as well.
Boys Second Birthday Weekend
We had a great overall stay! The cabin was in a great location. It was clean and in good shape. The rental management staff were very helpful answering a couple questions we had.
Worth It !!!
The parking is a bit scary because it is steep. But really just have to be extra careful. From the outside it doesn’t look too big but the inside is super spacious && clean! The view from the hot tub was amazing! Overall a great experience && staff is super attentive and helpful!
Beautiful Cabin
My Family definitely enjoyed our stay we look forward to coming back soon easy to find everything was neat and clean and let’s not forget about the awesome view 10/10 definitely recommend.
