The guest room sleeps 2 with a queen bed, DVD player and TV. A huge kitchen with large seating capacity and adjoining living room provide beautiful views out the 28+ feet of glass picture windows surrounding a floor to ceiling center fireplace. Enjoy a barbecue with the outdoor stainless steel gas grill, shoot a game of pool or play on the Foosball table in front of your gas fireplace. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.

Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Dissatisfied with customer service

The master bedroom sheets were dirty, it appeared they had not been changed, and although housekeeping came the next morning, management refused to give us a partial refund for that first night's stay.

The representative reported that the sheets looked clean, but a hair was found on the sheet. Since the issue was taken care of quickly, this is not something we can refund for. The only time a discount or refund is issued is if the issue can not be corrected. We provide 24/7 guest assistance should you find any items that need our attention. Disappointing

1. The living room TV was above the fireplace and uncomfortable to watch 2. The 2nd bedroom TV was on a shelf that was at eye level where you could hit your head 3. The shower entry was broken and a tripping hazard while some of the shower lites didn't work 4. The fireplace in the master bedroom didn't provide heat 5.The master bed frame was broken, missing piece and loose 6. The kitchen counter top was concave and couldn't be used. 7. We had too call and have a ripped/damaged carpet repaired for the tripping hazard. Pictures are available.

Great location. Comfy beds for four people.

Great location! Beds were comfy except for hide-a-bed. Glad we brought our air mattress. Sleeping arrangements best for 4 people. Could use more seating in living room. Needs coat rack or wall hooks at front door. Dishwasher didn't work.

Family fun

The house was beautiful and very clean. Not as private as what I thought it would be. There are many other cabins very close to the one we stayed in. The kids enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, and huge shower and tub. It was a really neat cabin. The hot tub was the perfect temperature. We couldn't get the downstairs fire place to turn on so it was a bit cold down there. Overall I was honestly very happy with the cabin and the beds were beyond comfortable. Cabin is not far from town either. Glad we made the choice to stay in the spur of the moment cabin.

Beautiful Cabin

Amazing. We enjoyed the fall foliage, scenic roadway to the cabin, and the peace and quiet very much.Keep in mind that as a log cabin, it does creak and make noises, like when the heat would kick on and the wooden walls settled. But everything was as good as I could have expected.

Spur of the Moment Cabin

Cabin was beautiful and the description was exactly as it appears in the pictures, inside property was clean and well maintained the only downside was the outside wasnt appeasing at all it definitely need some landscaping and the 18 foot rain shower was nice but to dark. We enjoyed Soul of Motown, Dixie Stampede dinner shows and The Island was nice to visit and downtown Gatlinburg was a nice area to visit..

Great Customer Service, Convenient Location, Sparse Supplies

Four of us stayed in Spur of the Moment. Cabin was nicely decorated and conveniently located to town and the park. Customer service people are great to work with! Downside would be if you are planning on staying for a week, you need to pack EVERYTHING...salt, pepper, spices, cooking spray, dish soap, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry det..... Cabin comes with pots, pans, dishes, bedding and towels, and that's it! I think we went to the store EVERYDAY because we needed something. Luckily it is fairly close! We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table, and washer and dryer were a plus too! We drove around the resort, and there are many other very nice cabins at this resort too! I would definitely stay again, but I think for the money, additional daily items could be included.

Great little escape

Wonderful location, extremely quiet (even though there are other cabins pretty close, and very nice cabin and amenities. We had a very small issue and they came out to fix it within the hour of being reported and were great! Only complaints would be they need to provide more towels depending on family size, and a bit of cleaning under the beds and behind nightstands is needed.
