***This cabin is located just a short 5 minute and convenient drive from Elk Springs Resort. Luxury awaits in this 2 bedroom 2 bath cabin that features dual master suites. Each master suite is equipped with Cable TV, DVD player and ceiling fan as well as upgrades furniture and bedding. A queen sized sleeper sofa in the great room can accommodate 2 additional guests. Escape to the lofted game room includes a pool table and pub table with chairs as well as a TV with cable. Relax in the great room with high vaulted ceilings, fireplace, cable TV, DVD player and a wall of glass to view the outdoors. The full kitchen with plenty of counter space and dining table with seating for 6 includes cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, cutlery and plenty of storage. Place settings for 8 provided. Life's A Bear is conveniently located in the Arts & Crafts Community just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Dollywood and all the entertainment and conveniences offered in the area. Host Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.

Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

"Life's A Bear" Cabin Rental - Elk Springs Resort

Elk Springs Resort is the best placed we have ever stayed and we've stayed in a lot of places! The 2 bedroom 2 bath cabin was rustic, large, and comfortable as well as luxurious. We had everything we needed in the spacious kitchen and the outdoor hot tub was an extra bonus, along with the pool table in the loft area. You won't be sorry for staying with Elk Springs Resorts!

cabin in the mountains

all was great. only complaint i have is the pictures of the "mountain view" were a little deceiving - online the pictures showed no street pavement or the other cabin that is facing you. the privacy was not as it had appeared. the other thing is the internet was down for about a day and a half. this is not really a complaint as i believe it was due to the weather which obviously no one can control but just wanted to point out.

View to a victory

The turn off was it was hard to locate. However, the beast was the customer service in helping us locate the cabin. It was clean, the view was great and we had a great time.

Serenity at its best

We went to the mountains to celebrate a milestone birthday and take in some skiing. This trip will remain in our memories for many years to come. The cabin was nestled at the top of the mountain and all we could see was snowy woods- absolutely beautiful. We will be back to enjoy this special place.

Beary great trip!

Our stay in Life's a Bear was very enjoyable. Pros-Cabin interior was extremely high quality and clean. Location was very convenient to Gaitlinburg and Great Smoky Mountains Natl. park. Hot tub and pool table were nice. Cons- Upstairs was kind of hot even with AC turned on and views weren't quite as advertised by the first picture on the site but a somewhat obstructed yet stunning view was available from the upper level.

Thanksgiving Weekend

Renting from Elk Springs Resort was very simple. Actually I never did phsically speak to anyone, and everything went according to plan. I would highly recommend this resort property to anyone coming to the Gatlinburg area.

happy sleeper

We enjoyed the view and location of our cabin. The main strip through town was not to far and the local grocery store was even closer. We would recommend it to family and friends.
