If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.
Not What I Expected
No view, leaking showers, horrible location, noisy, uncomfortable beds, constantly barking dog next door( that also came and peed on our tires). Definitely would not stay in this cabin again.Would recommend to others? No

Photos are deceiving, look closely
We attempted to contact the ESR office to discuss these things and was informed there isnâ€™t an office to visit. We were given the location of the laundry but advised that no one was there to take to us. We tried to discuss them over the phone (when we finally had service when we left for Pigeon Forge) but we were advised that these issues were for the owner to address not the management company. One person said they didnâ€™t stay in the cabins,, they were just the rental company. The one person willing to listen was Erica, none of the others we spoke to about our concerns appeared interested. finally got fed up and left a day early. An expensive mistake and we will NOT be returning. This cabin is an older building located on a small lot at the back of a very small lot and the back of the building (the hot tub) butting up to a hill. There isnâ€™t any view of the beautiful mountains from any place on the property. It is located between Glades Rd and Manis Hollow Rd with constant road noise 24 hrs a day. Many cars sounded like they had removed their mufflers and loved their loud engines. Did I say it was NOISY? The sign in the front yard is very small and hard to see especially in the rain. The gravel road was narrow, muddy and rutted due to the property to the left having been cleared. The grassy area to the right where, I suppose, you are to backup, was rutted and muddy as well. By the front door, there is a camera. We did not find any machines inside so we are unsure where the feed is delivered. The furniture in the living room is very uncomfortable , with you sinking nearly to the floor and needs to be replaced. Best chair to sit in is the dining room chair (see photo). We are sorry to hear you were disappointed in these aspects of your stay. I would like to clarify a few details in your review, as I was the representative you spoke with when you called and checked out. It is true that we do not have a standard office, however, I did not give you the location of the laundry facility. You asked if anyone was available to speak with you at our main resort address and I informed you the only office on the resort is our laundry facility. I did offer to assist you and was told that you would call back once you got home. I apologize that you felt we did not assist you, however, our hands are tied if we are not given the opportunity to assist you. At no time was it discussed or did I tell you any issues were for the owner to address. As the property management company we handle any and all issues. While it is true our representatives do not stay in the cabins, they are fully trained to assist in any way needed. This cabin is not advertised as having a view. The description and pictures online are truly what you will find upon arriving at the cabin. We do not have any cameras at the cabin. There are motion sensor lights, which must have been mistaken for cameras. Thank you for your feedback regarding the seating. We will send out one of our maintenance technicians to check the condition of the sofa and replace it if needed. We sincerely apologize for your disappointment and hope in the future you will allow us to rectify any issues during your visit.

Very relaxing stay
The stay was very pleasant. Magic moments actually looks like as it is in the pictures. There was two beds and one sofa bed. Six people can stay comfortably. Kitchen had all the utensils. Only 15 min drive to Gatlinburg downtown. The cabin was surrounded by trees, it was nice to be close to nature.Would recommend to others? Yes

Great Cabin in the Woods
We evacuated for Hurricane Irma and decided to head to the Smokey Mountains. Booked this cabin through the website and prayed for the best. We were not disappointed. The cabin was very charming and cozy. The beds were comfy and the loft was amazing! There is no Mountain View at all though, you have houses and woods. The communication with the office need to be improved- didnâ€™t answer the phones and had to wait for replies to email.Would recommend to others? Yes

Although, this cabin does not have a mountain view, we do offer several luxury cabins with spectacular views. I'm sure one of our experienced Sales Representatives will be happy to assist you with your next booking. We certainly apologize for the delay in communication during the evacuation. We did have all hands on deck, but with so many people evacuating, we had a hard time keeping up the pace for a few days. We do have record of returning all calls and responding to all emails. Although, our response time was delayed we did do our best to touch base with all customers. We truly hope your homes were not damaged during the recent events and we hope that you will stay with us again under better circumstances.
First off I would like to say yes this property does NOT have a mountain view and although disappointed I already knew from previous reviews. That being said, this cabin is absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed it so much. The cabin was very clean and we used the grill every night and when we ran out of propane I sent a text to management and they sent someone out to refill it. We did not have any problems and it was a couple of miles from town. We went to Smoky Mountains about 5 days and it wasn't very far from there or North Carolina. the pool table was really nice also as my kids really enjoyed it. We definitely would recommendWould recommend to others? Yes

Perfect vacation cabin!
Cabin was very nice and it had everything in it. Kids enjoyed pool table!Floors needed a little more cleaning, we could use few more trash bags but overall excellent experience!Would recommend to others? Yes

nice but probably won't be back
The property is nice but no views, terrible beds, and some maintaince needed, loose railings, freely steps, little things. Also no sound proofing, everyone hears everything no matter where you are in cabinWould recommend to others? No
