If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.
If youâ€™re looking for a private place in the Smokey mountains to get away from the city but close enough to civilization to experience all that Gatlinburg / Sevierville has to offer than this is the choice.Would recommend to others? Yes

This property is great, all the equipment works flawless.how ever this Property has bed bugs , my wife got stung by a bea/moth which is nesting on the window(inside) of the loft .Glad it did not sting my kids. All these happened on our last day , So could not communicate to property manager . Elk Spring to have a detailed inspections and pest control on this one.Would recommend to others? No

We did find where some bees had gotten inside and had the cabin treated right away. We do routine canine inspections for evidence of bed bugs and this cabin had no positive findings upon your departure. We care about the quality of your stay and take matters such as this seriously. Great Experience staying at this Elk Springs Resort Property
This cabin (Deer to my Heart) was our home away from home for 6 days. The property was clean and well maintained and the staff was very accommodating. If youâ€™re looking for a get-away but want to avoid the crowds and enjoy some peace and quiet; I would recommend this cabin.Would recommend to others? Yes

Had a wonderful stay in the mountains thanks to ELK Springs. Had a group of friends up for a week at deer to my heart cabin, the cabin exceeded our expectaions and everything was great. I will be using this company again in the future. The only downfall was the road up to the cabin was very difficult to drive in a minivan. needs to be greated if it would have rained we would have been walking up the hill. other than that it was amazing.Would recommend to others? Yes

This cabin was very clean, had enough space for everyone, had plenty of activities for the kids, and the customer service was awesome. I loved how the second day I got a call from the company asking if everything was ok and if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this cabin and company to others.Would recommend to others? Yes

The road to the cabin was a little rough in a couple of places, but I have a Jetta so that's to be expected. The view of the trees was great and it's definitely quiet. The cabin was ready with lights on, heat running and hot tub water at temp. The cabin was clean and lots of kitchen and bathroom items. The one problem was a stain of some sort on the bedspread on the top bunk, but besides that the furniture and beds were all good. The gas fireplace was wonderful especially to open our presents in front of on Christmas morning. The tv in the bedroom with the queen bed didn't have satellite so no watching tv in there. The sound of the furnace in the bunk bed room was loud and the tv had to be turned up loud just to hear it. The living room one was great and we didn't use the one in the basement. The pool table in the basement was good, but tight for making a lot of shots so if you take your game seriously this might not be the table for you. The air hockey machine was taped in sections making it impossible for the puck to bounce off and it kept getting stuck on the ends so we didn't play long. The arcade game upstairs is loud and interferes with the watching of tv or radio in the living room. The joystick also has a mind of its own and made some of the games hard to play. The hot tub was great with lots of seating, but we didn't use the jacuzzi in the basement since we had that. We used the dryer for our towels and swimsuits before we left and it worked fine. It's a beautiful cabin all to itself, but with the air hockey and arcade game not working well I was a little upset. That's really the reason I booked this particular place so my son would have a great time. We still had a wonderful Christmas eve and day and for that it was worth the trip.Would recommend to others? Dear to My Heart
We rented during Thanksgiving weekend. My sister and her family live in Nashville and we drove in from Buffalo. Iâ€™m a little disappointed on how outdated the lodge in regards to the furniture and the old warm out bedding on the beds even the dish towels were worn out. The stool by the video game was broken and set up as if it was ok to sit on. When we did laundry and opened the washer it smelled bad. The knives in the kitchen were so dull I cldnt even cut an onion. The kitchen counters are old stone and I canâ€™t imagine how much bacteria builds up on them. The house was not clean in my opinion and areas u cld tell in corners behind doors and upstairs on the wall side of the bed was very dusty and there was a few cob webs on the ceiling upstairs. I feel the resort brings in enough money to update at least the small things and control the Cleaning or lack there of. Checkout is at 10am which is very inconvenient too and check In is at epm so if the 2 people on the envelope wanting a tip are Cleaning you would think thatâ€™s plenty of time to pay attention to detail. When I found the place and saw the pictures and then stepped in the door I wasnâ€™t as impressed as I thought I would be.Would recommend to others? No

I have reported your concerns regarding the worn furniture, washing machine and other household cleaning to the proper departments and I can assure you we will address them in a timely manner. Most places you might visit have a check out time of 10 however we are very lenient with this. You must give us a call during your stay in order to receive an extension. I am very sorry if you were not impressed by your stay and we hope that you will give us another opportunity to show you a true 5 star visit.
Amazing cabin away from it all!!!!
It was amazing and quite. Cabins were far away from one another so it was very secluded. Long drive up a curvy rock filled road but so worth it!!!! Great game room! Bedrooms and bathrooms!!!! No outdoor fire pit but still roared marshmallows at park like grill!!!Would recommend to others? Yes

What a nice cabin! My family of 5 had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay. The drive up the gravel road was a bit to get used to, but well worth it. The staff sent text messages to make sure we arrived and we felt they were available to us if we needed them, even though we were off property. My kids loved the video game and I even was able to teach my 7 year old how to play pool. Highly recommended - just keep in mind that you will be driving up a steep gravel road one-way to get to the cabin, so if you have a 4x4, it is better :)Would recommend to others? Yes
