Luxury furniture and accessories await in this large yet cozy and romantic 1 bedroom cabin. Master suite includes fireplace, jetted tub, king size bed and private deck with hot tub. Enjoy the unrestricted views of the Smoky Mountains from your deck with gas grill, outdoor fireplace and sounds of the creek below. Unwind to a movie in front of the fireplace while watching on the 55" flat screen TV with Blu-ray DVD and sound system. Fully equipped upscale kitchen with dining space for 4. Relax in your own private sauna after a long day of hiking in. A total of 4 fireplaces in this cabin including the master bath! Due to many amenities in this cabin, it is limited to Adults only with a maximum occupancy of 2.

Host Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.

Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Aniversary Getaway

The cabin was gorgeous. The amenities were amazing. The swing and rocking chairs were peaceful. The TVs were awesome. The bed was super comfy. We really liked that we were out of the tourist packed Gatlinburg, yet close enough to it and Pigeon Forge that we could easily make the drive each day. The only two things that may need attention is the shower and the TV in the bathroom. The shower seemed like it did not have enough water pressure to supply a strong flow for the overhead shower, side jets, and massage head. The TV in the bathroom only turned on. I don't think it had a satellite feed.

Great vacation at Unforgettable!

I surprised my wife with a trip here for Valentines Day. We were pleasantly surprised by our accommodations at Unforgettable. We had a great stay, with a great company and great customer service. We will return to stay with them in the future.

Relaxing Vacation

It was a truly amazing experience visiting Unforgettable cabin. The cabin was beautiful and clean and all of the amenities were exactly as described. Check in and Check out was extremely convenient and the rental company was very helpful and accommodating. We did have an issue with the cable in the cabin not working properly but management worked very diligently to rectify the issue and kept us updated throughout the process. My husband and I truly enjoyed barbequing at night under the stars and sitting by the firepit. We dined at Crocketts Breakfast Camp and Calhouns and both were delicious. Overall we had a wonderful relaxing vacation and would definitely recommend.

Once again, unforgettable.

My wife and I returned once again to this cabin named Unforgettable. The view of the mountains are great even from our bed. The property was ready for early check-in. As always, it was clean and ready for our enjoyment.

Very Disappointed

I waited to write a review for our experience at Elk Springs in hope that we would have received a call back from them, but weeks later we have not heard anything. We had a 3 night weekend stay and were excited to spend most of our time in the cabin to relax. We decided to spend Friday evening cooking dinner and relaxing. We couldn't figure out the tv in the bedroom and called and left a message with no response. That evening as we started to cook dinner we couldn't get the grill working and decided to call for assistance. Halfway through cooking, the power went out. We figured it would be a quick fix, but an hour later we still didn't have power. We called Elk Springs but they didn't know what happened or a time frame. We waited, no dinner, sitting in the cold because there was no heat. The temperature in the cabin quickly dropped. After 2 1/2 hours the power finally came back on (almost 11 PM) but still went off and on for the next few hours. We then received a call asking if we still needed our grill fixed. After saying we no longer had a need for it Jeremy then went on to say he had received our call earlier, but had bigger problems to fix. As understanding as I am, as a guest I felt very unimportant. As we only had 3 nights in the cabin, it was upsetting knowing that one of them was basically gone by not having any electric.The next day we had again called Elk Springs to speak with someone about what had happened and explain how it was pretty upsetting that with the splurge on our weekend getaway, one evening was spent with no power, heat, and no dinner. They had told us they would talk to their manager and get back with us. We never received a call back. I wrote an email to Elk Springs asking for a response, again with no reply. As much as I would love to give them a good review, this was very upsetting with the communication with them. I felt as though they had received our money, and no longer cared about our experience with them.

We loved your cabin. I still think of it often. I loved sitting in the hot tub with a drink or some coffee and looking at the Smoky Mountains. I loved all the fireplaces although the firepit on the porch didn't work the time we were there. We cooked steaks on the grill from Food City-already pre-seasoned at the store. The pillows were so comfy! We enjoyed building a few campfires a few steps away. This cabin has all the amenities, and I did not want to leave. I hope to be back in the fall next time! It was located close to town.
