Picture Perfect - Gatlinburg Cabin

The cabin was fantastic! Loved the experience!

This was a great experience. The cabin was away from the busy Gatlinburg strip but definitely not too far away to experience everything easily. The cabin was beautiful inside and out. I was worried that it would seem like a musty old summer camp but it couldn’t be farther from that. Everything worked, everything was clean, everything seemed like new and I’m picky so that’s saying a lot. The wi-fi and satellite worked great so if you’re from the city you won’t miss anything. The cabins look close from the outside, but from the balconies (and hot tub) you have *more* than enough privacy, don’t worry. If you’re on the fence about this place, get off it and dive in. You’ll be glad you did! Oh, and look for the guest book near the couch. Had a ton of good suggestions from previous renters!

It was everything we were looking for! Perfect views, perfect cabin, and the list could go on! We will be booking this cabin again!!

Overall this was a nice place and location. Its a bit pricey. Basic housekeeping needs more attention. Large picture windows were really dirty, clothes were left behind in the dryer, master bedroom toilet clogged every time it was used, toilet paper was poor quality, EVERY morning at 8:15ish am there was a loud backing up truck beeping noise, Only 2 Hot Tub Jets were working, spider webs with really large spiders in them need to be removed and kept up. This cabin is Beautiful! A little bit of detailed TLC for the price and location will make this Picture Perfect!

My husband and I booked a getaway at the Elk Springs Resort cabin, Picture Perfect for our 28th wedding anniversary. The cabin is just that, perfect. There are two balconies, one upstairs and one downstairs off of the master suite. The shower was amazing. I will be calling soon to find out what kind of mattress was on the bed so we can replace our mattress at home with whatever it was. We are both early risers, but we slept in every morning because the bed was so comfortable. I loved having a washer and dryer. We were able to come home with all clean clothes. The hot tub on the balcony had an amazing view..... very relaxing. It was very quiet and private.If you have a family, it may be a little out of the way from where the action is, so to speak. We would take the back roads back into Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge to have dinner at night and it was at least a 30 minute drive. If you try to stay on the Parkway, it will take much longer with traffic. We liked being out of the busy areas. We did some hiking nearby and it was amazing. Absolutely beautiful area! When we return, we want to request the same cabin.

The cabin was bit farther from Gatlinburg than we anticipated (about 25 minutes to downtown). Thankfully, there were some really good places to eat out that way. Also, it was a pretty drive to Pigeon Forge, through a some back roads. Cabin was awesome, from the view to the cabin set up. Enjoyed the hot tub. The bed was comfortable. Nicely decorated and clean too. Enjoyed Cades Cove (saw Momma bear and 3 cubs), Gatlinburg (Ripley's Aquarium, sky lift, shopping, Bubba Gump restaurant), Dollywood (good shows, rides, food), and scenic drives (Cherokee (saw the elk). We packed in the activities in 3 days, so the accommodations were great to unwind and relax. A little traffic noise from the nearby highway, but you could also hear the creek down below. Overall, a great stay!

Elk Springs provided us another great stay. The cabin was well maintained and clean. We will definitely stay with them again when we visit the Smokies.

When we first arrived we thought the cabin was a bit small. That said, there were only two of us so I'm not sure what we were hoping for. The longer we were there the more enjoyed it and appreciated the experience. The fire on the porch was perfect. We ran out of propane and when we called the maintenance team they were quick to respond. We had a fresh tank the same day. We celebrated 12 years of marriage! We would definitely rent this spot again.

We spent 6 days at the Picture Perfect Cabin. It was the most relaxing and comfortable experience we have ever had. My wife and I are both Military and it's very rare we get to go somewhere special. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Beautiful Mountain View outside, Warm and cozy inside. The nice jacuzzi and hot tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a good meal, or you have plenty of places to choose from to eat out or order delivery. One thing we have learned over the past couple of years is to MAKE time for the ones you love. If you are thinking about it, STOP thinking about it and DO it, and Book early. What are you waiting on? No one will take care of you and the ones you love better than You.
