Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Our cabin was Perfect! The owner put lots of nice amenities and special touches to make the cabin cozy. We extended our stay because we really wanted a day just to relax in the cabin and enjoy everything it had to offer

A truly elegant experience
Our stay in the mountain Elegance cabin was truly amazing. Everything was wonderful, and the staff is extremely helpful. When we got to our cabin we noticed that the propane tank to our Grill was empty, in what seems like no time someone came out and replaced it. The view of the mountain was beautiful, and everything in the cabin was perfect. I can't say enough good things about the Mountain Elegance cabin.

This cabin was perfect for honeymooners! Up to date and modern but secluded enough to get that outdoors feel. Gorgeous mountain views! About 25 mins from downtown. Everything was perfect and we would stay with Elk Springs again.

Second stay with Elk Springs Resort
This was our second stay in an Elk Springs Resort cabin. Both times we were very pleased with our location, the condition of the cabin, and the amenities provided. Our dealings with the staff were pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals.

Cabin Was beautiful and had a great view the features the cabin came with were awesome including a 3d tv, fire pit, big shower and of course hot tube

Really Enjoyed It
Beautiful, clean cabin. Nice mountain views - highway noise was a little loud, but overall a nice location. Really enjoyed all the amenities. One small issue: outdoor fire pit did not work, probably out of propane. Also bring your own coffee and hairdryer. All-in-all a great time and we will be back.
