Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

The Perfect Stay!!
Everything was perfect! The cabin was amazing! I couldn't believe the views! This was our first time in Tennessee and in Gatlinburg. We will be definitely coming back!

Love Me True
Stood in Love Me True cabin. Accommodations were clean but TV room furniture was old and needed replacement. If you sat in the furniture there was no support. Elk Springs Resort customer service was fine but their policies were not. There refund policy for cancelled reservations is very rigid and not comparable to their competitors in the Gatlinbury area. My stay in Oct 2015 was enjoyable until we tried to cancel a reservation we had for August 2016. Competitors require a small fee for cancellation but Elk Springs required I purchase cancellation insurance first and then they would refund my deposit less the cost of the insurance. They did that, but I am not sure the insurance was purchased at all. I think it was just a way to get another $367. I felt that this was unreasonable and tainted my entire stay. I would not rent from Elk Springs Resort again if I returned to Gatlinburg. A serious review of their policies is needed.
Would recommend to others? NoThank you for your review, Michael. Love Me True was recently added to our rental program after being completely remodeled by the owner in August. The furniture was all brand new at that time as well. Please understand that each of our cabins are individually owned and tastefully decorated by their respective owners. As for your complaint regarding a problem with our policies, we do encourage our guests to purchase trip insurance on every reservation. There is a 48 hour window after booking in which to add this. Your future stay was for a $6,000 reservation and we bent the rules, allowed you to "purchase" the trip insurance well after the 48 hour window and refunded you all of your money minus the cost of the trip insurance premium and taxes. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and I think we have been more than fair to you Michael.

The views are amazing. We wanted to stay a couple more days but couldn't because they were already book. It was very relaxing and calming.

Beautiful Anniversary Week
The cabin is located in an isolated area toward the top of the mountain. It is beautiful and clean and has all the comforts of home. The views are amazing! We found it centrally located to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Our only concern was driving up the steep mountain when we were returning to our cabin at night. It was not a great drive for city people!

This cabin is one of our newer additions to our rental program and is a great place for a couples retreat. There are plans in place for some upgrades to the road. Unfortunately, the only way to enjoy a cabin with a view is by driving upwards and some of the roads can be rather steep. Another Amazing Stay With Elk Springs
Cabin was very clean and well represented by the pictures! Was in a good location just a short drive from town and was very quiet with a great view of the mountains! Only thing I would say is that it is a steep drive up to it and crossing the parking to go in if you are someone with a walking disability might be a little challenging, otherwise no problem, would give it a .8 star because of this, but that’s not an option.

Excellent Cabin
Had a fantastic stay at this cabin with Elk Springs Resort. Description was accurate, great views, was clean and well maintained and I would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. Drive is steep but had no issues. Would be a bit concerned if it snowed during our visit.

We Will Be Back!
Beautiful view, deck was perfect, tvs everywhere, very clean! Bathroom was one of the more luxurious ones we have seen in Gatlinburg. Only downside is we could not get the fire pit to lite. We came in at night and got turned around once by our gps and we missed the sign that led us to the cabin but if you are coming in during the day it is very easy to find.
