Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.
SmokyMountains.com Service Fee Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Rental Cabin
Very nice. Clean. Private. Nice view.
Beautiful Cabin!
The cabin was peaceful and beautiful. It had everything we needed. Parking is a little steep but it wasn’t too bad. The shower was amazing! There are other cabins around but you never would have known it. The bed is a little hard but we would 100% stay here again.
Anniversary Weekend
Our trip was amazing! The cabin was gorgeous and had the prettiest view. It was very clean and we enjoyed spending our time grilling and hanging out on the porch! It was in a good location that was close enough to other restaurants and shops but removed enough that we had our peace. We loved the cabin so much that if we come back we want to stay in the same place again! It was about a 10 minute drive from the downtown strip and a little less than 30 minutes to all the big hiking trails with plenty of restaurants in between. Based on previous reviews, we were a little worried about the condition of the driveway for little cars but we had no trouble getting to it.
Perfect Weekend Getaway!
Our weekend was excellent! We had a maintenance issue when we first arrived and even though it was late at night, they immediately sent someone to resolve it. No complaints at all! Hope to stay here again!

Cabin was exactly what we needed for a get away, close to Gatlinburg. Great view, will be back.

Our experience with the cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Relaxing, immersed in nature, close to fun restaurants, and overall, just an escape from reality for a bit. I cannot wait to come back!
