If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

And that's exactly what we did! The condo was beautiful!!!! We had everything we needed!!! No noise at night or early morning!!!! Just like at home!!! We met the lady that manages the condo and she was so gracious!!!! We are planning to come back next Jan.!!!!!!!!!!Would recommend to others? Yes

Great condo which was exactly as pictured. Very spacious with lots of room for cooking and/or socializing with family and friends. Especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the babble of the creek and watching the cedar wax wing birds.Would recommend to others? Yes

Family loved condo, excellent and very clean! Pool was closed and my kids were a little bummed, they did not tell us that it was closed for repairs on website. Very convenient to downtown. We would stay again if pool was open.Would recommend to others? Yes

We rented this condo over the Fourth of July. There were no instructions on how to get to the condo just an address. We were looking for elk springs resort when we should have been looking for the gatehouse condos. The sign is very small & in the dark was hard to find. There were no instructions on parking so we chanced it & parked below the condos. We didn't see the sign telling us to park in the units number until we got to the elevator. It also said to put the parking pass in your window which we didn't have so we searched all the kitchen drawers & finally found it. But this was another trip back to the car to put it on the dash. The condo itself looked exactly as the pictures. It was nicely decorated but a little outdated. The floors are very dirty. We had our 7 month grandson & we would not let him play on the floor unless we had a big sheet down over the carpet. The front bedroom was very warm even with the air turned to 71. The main reason we chose this condo was for the pool & the closeness to town. However, the pool was not functioning & to walk to town was a challenge. Going down not too bad but hiking back up the hill was not a great thing with a baby stroller in 90 degree heat. The pool situation was a huge disappointment. The picture shows this nice little pool in front of the condos & then we get there & it's not even functioning. Hauled all our pool stuff on this trip & didn't get to use it. I understand the burned out building in front of the condo & all the damage that was done when the fires roared thru in November. But it would have been nice to know before hand about these things. We payed full price for amenities like the pool that weren't available. As for the booking agent & the follow up agent after the booking..... they were very nice & their customer service was excellent. We did walk to the Pancake restaurant for breakfast & it was very good with excellent service.Would recommend to others? Yes

We sincerely apologize that the pool was not up and running during your visit to Gatlinburg. Unfortunately, this is out of our hands and we are truly sorry that this amenity was not available for your use. As for the instructions, we do send specific directions as soon as you reserve. These state in bold that your unit is NOT on the Elk Springs Resort property and includes the address and exact turn by turn directions. We do this in an attempt to avoid confusion for our guests. The parking pass is a rule that is enforced by the condominium itself. We do take pride in all of our units and cleanliness is our top priority. It is regrettable this condo did not meet your standards, but please do not hesitate to contact us. We love assisting our guests and would have been happy to send someone out and address any issue you faced. We do hope that despite the issues you enjoyed your time in The Great Smoky Mountains. Unit #704 was clean upon arrival and that was the best accolade I can give it. The furniture is old and broken down and uncomfortable. We decided to tough it out but then the A/C overflowed into the hallway. We discovered that after stepping into the water on the second day of 4 day stay. They wanted a loud fan to run to dry it out for the rest of our stay with no regard to one of our party that was sick. We could not change units and no compensation was offered for the lack of preventive maintenance. The pool pictured is not re-opened yet due to the fires which was not disclosed to us prior to our trip. Overall, not a great stay or value for our money.Would recommend to others? No
We are very sorry that you were disappointed with your stay over the busy Memorial holiday weekend. The AC drain had backed up causing a flood and maintenance responded right a way to correct the problem. They also sucked up as much water as they could and left the fan to dry out the floor. I'm sorry if it was too loud for you, but if you don't get all of the moisture removed as quickly as possible, you run the risk of possible mold growth. If it was bothering you, you certainly had the option of unplugging it rather than allowing it to run continuously and annoying you or the sick person that was with you. Some things cannot be predicted as to when they are going to malfunction. Our job is to fix the problem while you are our guest. There were no other open units to move you to due to the busy weekend. Your only other alternative would have been to leave and find other accommodations, which would be nearly impossible in this tourist town. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconveniences this caused you. We hope you will consider a future stay with us in spite of this bad experience.
