Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Amazing Stay
Unit 106 was a great place to stay. It was close to town but out of the way of all the traffic. The condo was super clean and nice and spacious. We loved the patio, it was so relaxing. We will definitely stay here again! We bought the ripleys package and enjoyed the aquarium (which was awesome) and 7 other activities!! The kids loved the sarcasm at Dicks! We have 2 teenagers and they had fun and loved condo! My hubby also enjoyed the jacuzzi tub!!
Gatlinberg Condo
The condo was exactly what I was hoping for. Very nice open floor plan on the inside, great bedrooms and the view from the patio was great. Its a bit of a walk to "downtown" (1.1 miles),,, the thing to remember though,, its downhill on the way into town,, its uphill on your way back to the condo. All in all,, the rental company was super attentive, checked on us a couple of times,, the place was great,,, the location is awesome,, would stay here again.
Amazing Time
Myself, my fiance Aunt and uncle came and this is my 2nd time there and I chose to stay in Gatlinburg was like and as i figured i had an amazing time there where all the fun and nightlife was. Pigeon Forge was great fun as well
Very Nice, Good Location
Unit is very roomy, easy parking with a nice back porch where you can hear the stream out back. Condo has everything you need. Two nice sized bedrooms. Functional kitchen and AC system was great. I liked the location as we could use backroads to Pigeon Forge or go down 1/2 mile to two Gatlinburg parking lots if going to town. Walking to Gatlinburg is not idea for most but note the easy access to parking lots.
Excellent Condo In The Middle Of Everything.
We were there for our daughters volleyball tournament and the location was excellent. The rental property was accurately pictured. Loved the balcony overlooking the small river. Had a couple questions and the agency was very helpful and kind. Would recommend to anyone.
Accessibility With Tranquility
Short drives to the attractions and easy to get to considering how close it is to all the action. Amazingly quiet and tranquil with the peace of the roaring stream just off the balcony. Loved spending time with my family here.
