Just minutes from the Arts & Crafts Community and Downtown Gatlinburg you will love spending your family vacation at Mountain Splash. Your own private indoor pool with waterfall will create a memorable vacation for the adults and kids. If by some small chance anyone gets bored, you can shoot a game pool or use the free highspeed WIFI. Even better, relax with a book on the covered deck or even in front of the gas fireplace. Better yet, you can soothe yourself in the hot tub on the covered deck.
The fully equipped kitchen will provide you with everything you need to prepare in cabin meals during your short or extended stay - after all, the kids may never want to leave the cabin. If you do want to adventure out you are just 20 minutes to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park main entrance, 15 minutes to Dollywood, 8 Minutes to the Arts and Crafts Community and only 15 minutes to Downtown Gatlinburg.
The adults will retire to the king suite with jacuzzi tub and full bath while the kids can use the sleeper sofa in the great room.

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.
SmokyMountains.com Service Fee Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Anniversary At Mountain Splash
Upon arriving at our cabin my wife and I were beyond impressed with the location and layout. It was beautiful. We took advantage of everything from the hot tub on the porch to the pool. With all of the awesome emenities the cabin was still very cozy for the two of us. It was our first time to Gatlinburg and we're already looking forward to returning, and when we do we're going to book Mountain Splash again only this time we're going to stay longer.
Great Stay!
Only 20 minutes from all of the attractions. My only complaint is Google maps takes you to a different cabin down the street 722 instead of 718. And jacuzzi tub upstairs after we used it once it did leak downstairs into the kitchen however they did offer to come out the next day to fix even though it was our last day there. And all the tv hookups in the living room downstairs was old and did not work for personal devices and tv was boxed in so that we could not get behind it to try to fix connections but All over a great experience and would want to go again when I can.
Mountain Splash Weekend Getaway
The only thing I am sad about is that it was such a short stay. We will definitely be back in the future.
Great Place To Stay Far From The City
If you are looking for a place away from Gatlinburg, this is the place. It is clean and has a swimming pool and a table for the billiard. The swimming pool was not heated enough for us, but still good. The road from the Cabin to/from Gatlinburg is very very wavy. It can be dangerously hard to drive at night.
