*** This cabin is located 8 minutes from the main Elk Springs Resort Property Just minutes from the Arts & Crafts Community and Downtown Gatlinburg you will love spending your family vacation at Mountain Splash. Your own private indoor pool with waterfall will create a memorable vacation for the adults and kids. If by some small chance anyone gets bored, you can shoot a game pool or use the free highspeed WIFI. Even better, relax with a book on the covered deck or even in front of the gas fireplace. Better yet, you can soothe yourself in the hot tub on the covered deck. The fully equipped kitchen will provide you with everything you need to prepare in cabin meals during your short or extended stay - after all, the kids may never want to leave the cabin. If you do want to adventure out you are just 20 minutes to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park main entrance, 15 minutes to Dollywood, 8 Minutes to the Arts and Crafts Community and only 15 minutes to Downtown Gatlinburg. The adults will retire to the king suite with jetted tub and full bath while the kids can use the sleeper sofa in the great room. Free WIFI and a washer/dryer are including for your convenience. Host Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.

Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Family Vacation

Mountain Splash was a great place to stay for our first family vacation to the Smokey Mountains!! The indoor pool was amazing!! The day we arrived the water was not working and after a call to the maintenance department the problem was quickly resolved! We definitely will be a returning customer great location, great experience!!

Wonderful Time

It was wonderful, the staff checked in on us to make sure we were ok, everything was there that you would need, we sat in the hot tub during the rain and just relaxed. I would say to anyone you have to stay and enjoy your quiet time. The one thing we were glad we took the wife's car, she has all wheel drive, in the rain the steep road to the cabin was slippery.

Good getaway

Lovely cabin except the pool area wasn't as expected. Smell was musty and pool water level was below what was needed to circulate water through the waterfall feature. We didn't use the pool area due to the smell. Otherwise, we loved the cabin!

Great cabin in the mountains

My wife and I got away for two days without the kids this was the perfect place.We will definitely do this again and are looking to rent a larger cabin for the whole family also. I see no reason to rent from anyone but Elksprings in the future

Favorite family vacation

The cabin was just as advertised. We arrived and it is beautiful inside. Well maintained. Very clean. We vacationed with our 4 & 6 yr old and had the time of our life. Funny thing is we were so entertained we never left the cabin! We played pool, board games, swam, grilled, rocked in the rocking chairs, hit the hot tub and ended with a nice bath in the heart jacuzzi tub! It was amazing. We were able to lower the temperature in the jacuzzi so we could stay in longer and the kids were comfortable. The view from the jacuzzi tub was so nice! And there's a leather chair in the living room that is so comfortable you don't wanna get out! The pool was a cute little pool but roomy enough for the 4 of us and the pool temp was always at 83 degrees with the room temp nice and warm so it felt good! The waterfall was a nice touch and the kids loved playing in it. Basically everything was as described. We didn't have any surprises. The confirmation email was very specific about what to expect and what to bring and how to get in with the Code for the lock. I like that the pool had a separate lock so you never had to worry about the kids wandering down there. This was our first stay with elk springs. There are 7 pool cabins and we loved it so much we plan to stay at all 7 pool cabins in the next few years!

Vacation 2016

It was very good. No real problems with the cabin. I just wanted to inform Elk Springs that this cabin has a small millipede problem. Possibly caused by the downstairs pool creating excess moisture in the cabin. Other than that all GOOD.

Very cozy!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay will definitely come back in the future, we had a heating issue with the pool and I called and someone was sent right out to correct it! Very friendly staff, and breathtaking view from our cabin window!!! The only thing I could say could have been better was a little bit deeper cleaning but was all in all clean. Highly recommend this cabin!

Mountain Splash Review

This was our Honeymoon. Upon arrival we were very impressed with the property and the views. After settling in we started dinner and noticed that the dishes and utensils were filthy. When I got the butcher knife out to cut vegetables it had to first be cleaned because of the dirt and gross grime. Then after cleaning the knife it fell apart in my hand, which could have been very dangerous. The bathrooms had not been cleaned and there was grime and stains in the toilets and shower. We called the office to complain and asked that the bathroom be cleaned the next day while we were out. This was never done! Someone did come to the rental while we were out and dropped off a new box of knives. We also called and complained about the rodents or animal in the attic area between the roof and the rafters. Overall we were very dissatisfied in our stay. The lack of maintenance for such a beautiful home and location was a huge disappointment. We called as we were leaving the home to check out and left a message and never heard anything back.
