Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Beautiful spot, great experience
The view was gorgeous, and even though it was quite a drive to get there, it was totally worth it. It was clean and had everything we needed and more.

Amazing Anniversary Trip
My wife and I stayed in the Mountain Glory cabin for the week of Thanksgiving which was also our second year anniversary. The cabin was great. The view was amazing, the cabin was very clean, also the furniture in the cabin was very comfortable. The cabin is in a great location as well. We had our privacy but weren't too far from downtown. We are already planning our trip for next year with the rest of our family.

We take a trip every year, just the two of us, no kids. The cabin was perfect, the view was incredible, and very convenient to everything. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy.

Mountain Glory Cabin Rental
Our cabin rental exceeded our expectations! Everything was clean and ready to go! The hot tub was heating up and ready for the first night. Our cabin was ready 30 minutes prior to the time given. The views were breathtaking!! We will definitely be staying here again and referring to friends. The mountain view from the bedroom was wonderful! We also received a call making sure everything was good the first day! We can't wait to go back!

Very nice cabin
We had a very nice trip. The cabin was perfect for our anniversary trip. It was relatively close to town but still had a somewhat secluded feel. Very clean, nice mattress. I loved the jacuzzi tub made for two, and my only complaint about the entire stay was that the hot water ran out when the tub was half full.
