This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking.
Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms.
There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Wedding at Hemlock Inn
We rented Hemlock Inn for our wedding guest and reception at our son's wedding on 9/24/2016. The house is certainly beautiful and everyone loved it. The rental company was very responsive when we had a problem with one of the refrigerators not cooling properly and a thrown breaker. I will rent from again. The only negatives were the way too early check out time and limited parking spaces for such a large cabin. Overall it was a wonderful place for our family and friends to celebrate this major event in our lives.

We absolutely loved our stay at the cabin. The only issue we had was the parking. I hope that you have that resolved since our stay and have the spots labels appropriately. We hope to come back again.
Great place to stay for a big family!
We enjoyed our stay for Thanksgiving! The house is large enough for everyone to have their own bed. And each bedroom has its own bathroom. We never ran out of hot water!! The kitchen layout is great. It is well-stocked. We loved the open floor plan so that everyone can be in the same area. We loved the decorated Christmas tree. It was a nice, unexpected touch! The basement has a great game room and theater room. The grandkids had a blast! The hot tub was a favorite, also. Would recommend this to all large groups!! The only negative is that the carpet in the hallways and steps are stained.
