This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking.
Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms.
There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Unit Pet Policy
While this property is pet-friendly, the property charges an $80 + Tax fee per pet non-refundable fee at time of check-in. There is a limit of two pets at this property.
This rental is pet friendly but only for Domestic Dog, Cat, or Bird. Under no circumstances will a pit bull or any other aggressive breed be permitted.
To avoid confusion, Pit Bull is defined as:
American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, American Pit Bull Terriers or any other dog that substantially conforms to any of these breeds characteristics. Truly amazing experience ! Very tidy and clean when you first come in and extremely cozy even for the smallest visit. Highly recommend, area is also beautiful and spacious with wonderful views and wonders all around. So many activities to do and so much to explore. Loved it !!

Needs some TLC
TV downstairs in game room wasn’t working with cable box. One HDMI port was damaged from prior renter. Called about AC loudness, maintenance came out, upon returning for day it wasn’t cooling house at all and still very loud. Other TVs in lower level were not working either but found an HDMI cable and could fix that. Hot tub lights not working. Had an issue with security alarm and had to call office. Chirp from alarm began at 3 am amd was not a fun thing to figure out in middle of night.

Cabin stay
Cabin was a bit smaller than expected it says It can fit 16 people but that’s with people being on top of each other always bumping in kitchen or downstairs in game room. Place was pretty much clean but we did find a spit bottle in the sleeper couch ! The bathroom upstairs had a black residue on the shower tub floor. The outside is relatively dog friendly but little to no place for them to comfortable use the restroom we ended up having to hike down the driveway to a little patch where they could go at the end of the driveway Overall it was a nice stay Nice cabin and great staff

Perfect place for multi-generational family reunion! Kids love the day trips, cavern, everything they got to do. House was spotless, maintenance people were right there if you needy anything at all. Can.t say enough positive.
