Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms.
There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Nice but Noisy
We really enjoyed the look and feel of the cabin. The pool table was also enjoyable, but there were a few issues that made it a 4 instead of a 5. The main and upper bathrooms baths had drainage issues. There was also a lot of noise that lasted early into the morning hours.

Cubs Corner Beautiful Cabin
The cabin was well kept. And very clean. Which is more important then ever. We had no major problems. The only problems we had were with the DVD players and the dishwasher. Could not get any of them to work.

The cabin was well kept. Very clean which is so important now days. There was plenty of room. Enjoyed rocking on the porch. No major complaints. The only problem we had was none of the DVDs and the dishwasher did not work

Great view, great cabin, but poor management/security!!!
The cabin was nice. The views were great. However, this community is a party community and allows people to party all night and interrupt people’s sleep. We were woke up at 2 am one night from people partying and called the police. We were woke up a 4 am from people in a different cabin partying and we called the police. During the middle of the day our neighbors had music so loud on their patio we couldn’t hear ourselves talk. We were also overcome by the smell of marijuana. We called the police.
