There is a den upstairs with a desk and chair (in addition to the one in the basement) for taking those unplanned work calls or forgotten homework assignments. The fourth sleeping area is in the basement with two sets of twin XL custom timber frame bunk beds, and a full custom bath with trough sink and tile shower. Downstairs is a movie and game room with large sectional, 70” TV, Tornado foosball table, desk, beverage fridge, and a PacMan arcade game for fun and entertainment. Enjoy the large outdoor space by watching TV from the hot tub, relaxing on the sofa by the fireplace, or preparing meals on the 36” Blackstone griddle or gas grill. Plenty of outdoor seating, including a backyard fire pit, to love the stunning Blue Ridge Mountain views year round! Located in the Farms section of Eagles Nest, this home provides a private setting for enjoying nature and is located near the North Pavilion and Winery. In the summertime, enjoy a nice hike right from your doorstep! The winding trails can either be hiked by foot or by ATV, fun for everyone! While enjoying your stay at this home, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. - The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. - All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development. - Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.) - The summer concerts are open to all guests however, there may be an admission fee.
