Welcome to A Private Oasis - 3 king bedroom, pet friendly, log cabin in Boone with paved access and a huge game room! This log cabin has the feel of a private oasis with the ease of such close proximity to town. From the ample flat paved driveway for parking and manicured large yard. To the the luxury of adjustable massage bases on the main level King beds. Each with 65 inch mounted TVs and ceiling fans for added comfort! The game room on the lower level, accessed through the enclosed garage, has everything you could want, from skeeball, to Pac Man arcade, cornhole, and plenty of room to play air hockey. Furnished with very comfortable seating, a large mounted TV, coffee bar and mini/wine fridge. All here to entertain your group! There is central heating and air throughout the home as well as mini split units on the lower level. Stay connected with the Ultra Hi-Speed internet. There is a home office setup for you in the oversized laundry room. Or unwind and have a cook out using the gas grill, then relax by the firepit and listen to the sounds of the subtle creek outside. The home is pet friendly! We accommodate up to 4 dogs of any size and breed. Well trained and mature please! Pet rent is $25+tax per pet per night. AREA ATTRACTIONS Only 6 minutes to guided river rafting and water tubing 14 minutes to Appalachian State University in Boone 21 minutes to Tweetsie Railroad in Blowing Rock 30 minutes to Appalachian Ski Mountain IMPORTANT NOTES All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens are provided. Returning Guests? Reach out to our office for a special discount! All TVs are streaming Roads and driveway are paved to access this home near town. Main roads are plowed in the winter. 4WD or AWD are recommended for our area (November-March) Check-in is 4pm.
