Featuring a king suite bedroom on the main level, gas fireplace, game table, outdoor patio, hot tub, and mountain views. Gather in the living room by the gas fireplace. Or watch a show together, on the mounted flat screen TV. Head downstairs to the game room featuring a large flat screen TV, foosball table, dart board, and seating. Feel the mountain breezes as you relax outside. On Easy Street has an inviting outdoor deck with great seating and a gas grill. The hot tub is on the lower patio below the deck. Additional Notes: - Repeat guests returning to stay at On Easy Street again can receive a 10% discount. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens are provided for you. - This property is pet friendly for mature, well-trained dogs. Pet rent is $25/nt per pet plus tax. - There are paved parking spaces for up to 3-4 vehicles. - There are about 10 steps to enter the main level of the home from the parking area.
