Soothing Waters

The mind is a terrible thing to waste unless that is your intention. Sometimes that's the best form of relaxation, to just sit on the deck and listen to the sounds from the soothing stream below and just waste a few moments by yourself nestled under a canopy provided by 70 foot Hemlock trees. Soothing Waters will change your way of thinking and that's exactly why you should be here. There are two queen bedrooms, one on each floor, as well as two full baths plus additional sleeping for two in the loft. ​​​​​​​Hot tub and gas grill on the deck, internet and pet friendly, EV charging station (J1772 EV charger @ 30 Amp), gas log fireplace, central heating/air, master bath features a jacuzzi bathtub and tile shower to die for, modern kitchen, well furnished Family Room, rustic yet was the whole idea. Soothing Waters is not just a name, it's a place in the mountains just quietly you. Additional Notes: - Repeat guests returning to Soothing Waters can receive a 5% discount. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - This property is pet friendly with a $25/day fee. Only 1 dog allowed at a time (no exceptions) - Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby. - AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. - Parking space for up to 2 vehicles. - ALL of the guests staying in homes that are in Little Bavaria are allowed to fish on the lake in the development. Because that lake is in a private community, they do NOT need fishing licenses to fish in it, however, it is catch and release ONLY.
