About the space: The main level of the home features vaulted tongue and groove ceilings, and open layout between the living room, dining area, and kitchen! Guests will find all items needed in the kitchen to cook a delicious meal! Drip and Keurig coffeemaker available! Spacious, wrap-around deck off the kitchen that offers seasonal mountain views! Great amount of privacy and located in a quiet neighborhood. Bedrooms: Master bedroom on main level with queen bed. Full bathroom in hallway. Two bedrooms on lower level - one with a queen bed, the other with a twin-over-full bunk bed. Bathroom in hallway with walk in shower. Sleeper sofa in downstairs living room. Outdoors: Brand new hot tub on lower deck Stone fire pit in yard Located down long gravel road that offers a private, wooded setting Area attractions: 15 minutes to King Street Boone, 18 minutes to Tweetsie Railroad, 23 minutes to Blowing Rock, 35 minutes to Seven Devils (Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Zipline), 25 minutes to App Ski Mountain, 37 minutes to Sugar Mountain Resort! Additional Notes: - Repeat guests returning to Peak Time can receive a 5% discount. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax. - This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home. - Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby. - AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months.
