Chipmunk View Lodge has three bedrooms but also has one additional private sleeping area. As you walk into the family room you're sure to appreciate the peaked ceilings with tongue and groove woodwork, gas fireplace, TV, and comfortable furnishings. Off the family room is the kitchen with tiled counters, stainless steel appliances, breakfast nook for four, and access to the garage. Through an arched entryway is the dining room with room for 6 at the table. Down the hall is a full bath with tub/shower and the washer & dryer. This bathroom is shared by two Queen beds on the main level. At the end of the hallway is the beautiful master suite with King bed, peaked ceilings, TV, windows for a beautiful wake up view, and a private bathroom with a jetted tub, double vanities, and custom tiled shower with rain head and body sprayers. Downstairs is a second living area with TV and gas fireplace. Down a hallway is the expansive game room with darts, and checkers table. Also off the den is a full bathroom with tub/shower and a Queen bedroom. The outdoor living offered at this home is as impressive as the inside, with decks on both the front and back sides. The front decks overlook the stunning layered mountain views, and the back deck leads to a tranquil spot with a gas firetable, outdoor dining table, gas grill, Big Green Egg grill, and a soothing manmade waterfall feature with beautiful landscaping around.
