Welcome to Lucky Three Retreat, nestled in the trees and mountainside of Beech Mountain. With four bedrooms and three and half baths, this mountain cabin is ready to be your new retreat! Spread out with two family rooms for entertaining, have dinner on the deck, or relax in the brand new hot tub (added July of 2023!). The town of Beech Mountain is known for many things.. skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and the friendly deer! Should you catch some unsavory weather, the pool table on the lower level is primed for a family tournament. Chefs can prepare a meal on the main level kitchen while the family gathers nearby in the great room. With many windows, you'll have plenty of natural lighting to keep your spirits bright. Privacy abounds in this wooded lot. Make the 2 mile drive to the heart of Beech Mountain and grab a game of putt-putt, take the littles to the sledding hill, or grab some dinner at the famous Brick Over Pizzeria. The nearby visitors center carries hiking maps and trails as you plan your adventure! OFF-PEAK SPECIAL: Stay longer than the minimum number of nights and automatically receive a 5-15% Discount - Holidays and Peak times excluded. Notes: - This home is pet friendly. Max of 4 dogs; mature and crate trained. Additional rent of $25 per night per dog. - Check In after 4pm. Check Out by 10am. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. - AWD/4WD is encouraged year round. In times of snow/ice, chains may also be necessary to access the home. The driveway is steep and gravel. - The owner uses security cameras on the driveway for safety. No cameras are pointed towards the interior or outdoor living space. - Guests returning to Lucky Three Retreat may receive a discount of 10% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.
