This charming 3-bedroom home is located 10 minutes to King Street in Downtown Boone! Perfect location for an adventure packed trip to the High Country! Recently renovated to include high end mountain modern touches, this home has everything you're looking for! A fully stocked kitchen featuring stainless appliances, beautiful granite, and an eat-in island; a cozy wood-burning fireplace; and sleeping space for up to 12 guests! The spacious sun room located just off the living room area offers a corner desk for those who need to work remotely and a dining table. The master bedroom is also located on the main level and offers a king bed and full bathroom. Upstairs you'll find a sleeping loft with two twin beds with pull out trundle beds underneath (4 twins total), as well as a Foosball table. (There is no bathroom on this level). Head downstairs to find two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen and a twin with trundle underneath. These bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom. The queen room also features a cozy electric fireplace on the wall. Perfect for chilly fall and winter evenings! There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. - Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - This property is dog friendly with rent of $25 per day, per dog plus tax. - Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby. - AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months.
