Dreams and Streams is a cozy three bedroom cabin located just outside of Boone and offers incredible New River frontage, a fenced in yard, and sleeping space for up to 8 guests! If you're in search of a quiet, peaceful getaway, this is the one for you! The bedroom on the main level features two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. Upstairs in the semi-enclosed loft you'll find a queen bed and full bathroom. The spacious master suite, located on the lowest level, features a king bed and full bathroom. Also on the lowest level is a separate seating area with a flat screen TV, a Foosball table and arcade machine! This area features doors opening to the covered porch overlooking the river. The soothing sounds of the New River will lull you to sleep after an exciting day kayaking, tubing or fishing on the river! Best of all, this home is within a 5 minute walking distance to Wahoo's Adventures which offers tubing and white water rafting! When its time to head to town, you'll find yourself only 20 minutes to downtown Boone, 30 minutes to West Jefferson, and 35 minutes to Blowing Rock! Centrally located to the High Country's best attractions! Additional Notes: - Repeat guests returning to this home can receive a 10% discount. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. - Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - This property is pet friendly with a pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Mature, well trained dogs only. - Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby. - AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. - This home has parking space for up to 3 vehicles.
