Welcome to Morningwood Lodge! This fabulous 3bd/3.5 bath home has something for everyone! Step into the luxury of the Blue Ridge Mountain Club with soaring views year round. The living area features a leather sofa and chairs gathered around the unparalleled views of the Mountains. To the left is a large console and TV. Cathedral ceilings give the entire room an open feel, with the kitchen and dining area open. The table is long and elegant with room for everyone together. Four barstools are at the granite island for a quick snack or cup of coffee. New, stainless steel appliances and a prep sink on the island add to your comfort of dinner preparations. If a night out sounds appealing, the Lookout Grill is a 5 minute walk or 1 minute by car. Near the garage (owner's use only) is the laundry center. To the other end of the home is the first of three suites. This main level bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom with a soaking tub, separate tiled shower, and double granite vanity. The picture window in the bedroom has spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Downstairs you'll find a den with gas fireplace, large TV over the mantle, and more entertainment. The full sized pool table with solid log legs is a beauty to behold or play. Tucked in the nook is a poker table and chairs. To one side of the den is a king suite with views and a tiled shower with bench and granite counters. The third bedroom and bath are on the other side of the den for privacy. Here you will find a queen bed with deck access and a similar bathroom set up of tiled shower and long, granite counters. Both the main level and lower level decks offer unparalleled views of the mountains. The lower level is half open and half covered, while the main level deck has a fabulous gas fireplace with sofa and chairs. The gas grill and an outdoor dining table are also here under cover and just off of the interior kitchen and dining area. In the front yard you'll find the fire pit with six Adirondacks around for an evening fire. Please read before booking: All guests must go to the BRMC's main gate to check in and will receive the directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate. Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day. The gate hours are as follows: Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm Saturday: 8am - 4pm Sunday: 8am - 2pm Blue Ridge Mountain Club Construction Notice: (as of 7/25/2023) There are many homes in the Club that are currently under construction and construction vehicle noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed. Wood may not be burned in the fireplace. Violators of this policy will be fined $500 and evicted from the property without refund. - Pets welcome for an additional $50/night. Mature, trained dogs, max of 40lbs each. - Check In after 4pm, Check Out by 10am - The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. - All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional $25 amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development. - Guests returning to Morningwood Lodge may receive a discount of 10%, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's.
