SUNSET VISTAS AT MONTEAGLE is a beautifully designed custom home offering 4 bedroom suites, stunning mountain views, a gourmet kitchen, hot tub, surround sound, firepit, propane firetable, video game console, and so much more! The welcoming great room's wall of windows overlooking the view is the first thing you'll notice when you enter the home. Kick back on the leather sofas, enjoy a fire in the gas log fireplace, and watch your favorite shows! There's room for everyone to gather together, and cooks of all skill levels will enjoy working in the kitchen with its granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Time for bed? The cabin offers four bedrooms. On the main level you'll find a King suite with a private full bath ensuite. The bathroom offers double vanities, a separate Jetted Tub tub, and a shower. There is also a Queen suite on the main level, with heat lamp and a tiled shower. Upstairs you'll find a second Queen suite with a private bathroom as well, and a suite with two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds. There's even 6' pool table in the bunk bedroom! Breathe in the cool mountain air on the cabin's wraparound decks. The outdoor living area with its gas firetable may become your new favorite spot! Kick back in the Adirondack chairs while you enjoy the ever changing mountain views. Soak away your cares in the hot tub. Grill up a feast on the gas grill and dine al fresco at the patio table! Perfectly located less than ten minutes to downtown Banner Elk, and just half an hour to Boone or Blowing Rock, Sunset Vista at Monteagle is sure to become your new favorite place to stay in the High Country! IMPORTANT NOTES: - This property is pet friendly for mature, non-aggressive dogs 40lb and under, maximum of 2. Pet fee is $50/nt per pet. - PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COMMUNITY OF MONTEAGLE IS BRAND NEW AND HAS MULTIPLE HOMES UNDER ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION. Construction noises may be heard nearby from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. - Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax per night. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months.
