The Blue Ridge Mountain Club is an upscale gated mountain community with thousands of acres of prime mountain land; over 40 miles of hiking, walking, biking, and ATV trails; a fun swimming hole; over 64 miles of private fishing streams and creeks. Adjacent to the condo are a newly-built Fitness Center, as well as a Clubhouse with seasonally-open restaurant and bar. The outdoor lawn and courtyard between the Fitness Center and Clubhouse is a special area with fire features, comfortable outdoor furniture, and occasional planned events for guests to enjoy! The views from the Fitness Center and the lawn are astonishing! The Fitness Center is available for guests to work out during their stay. Fitness classes are available for an additional charge. Please contact the Fitness Center for a schedule. This is a two-story property which boasts incredible south-facing layered mountain views. The front-door entrance is on the main level, however there is a second entry door upstairs which goes directly into the upstairs master suite. The elevator can take you up and down from the two levels without ever having to use the stairway! Walk through the front door into an open concept Living Room, Dining Area, and Kitchen with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, upscale furniture and finishes throughout, gas log fireplace, a wall of oversized windows which let in lots of natural light, and frame picture-perfect mountain views! Sliding glass doors lead out onto the covered deck with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, rocking chairs built-in stainless gas grill, and an outdoor dining set which seats six. The kitchen is outfitted to dine and cook for groups of up to 8 guests! The dining table seats 4 guests, and the adjacent kitchen bar top seats 4 more. High-end stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and custom soft-close cabinets are just a few of the wonderful amenities that this kitchen boasts. The cozy main-level Queen bedroom has an HD Smart TV, and fantastic mountain views. The adjacent hallway full bathroom offers an oversized step-in tile and stone shower with frameless glass door and teak shower seat. The King master suite is upstairs, and has many wonderful surprises! The master suite features a wonderful Juliette deck which offers the highest vantage point of all of the condos, from which you can soak in the multi-mile mountain views! The outdoor deck furniture up here is of the highest quality and comfort. Inside the master suite is a really nice sitting area in front of the gas log fireplace, and large HD Smart TV, which also can be enjoyed from the King bed. The private ensuite full bathroom offers double vanities, and an oversized shower with frameless glass doors and a walk-in closet. Also upstairs is a laundry closet with washer and dryer. Unmatched Blue Ridge Mtn Club amenities, comfort and luxury throughout inside, ease of access for the mobility-impaired, and top of the line furniture, electronics, & appliances make this a wonderful vacation condo. Wifi internet, digital cable programming with Smart TVs in both bedrooms and the Living Room, washer & dryer, elevator to the upstairs, covered parking, and additional sleeping options are all part of the guest experience. Please note: This condo is part of a shared-wall community and has quiet hours after 9:00 pm on weeknights (Sunday - Thursday) and 11:00 pm on weekends (Friday - Saturday). Please ensure your plans fit within these parameters. This property is absolutely not pet friendly under any circumstances.
