The name Elk's Roost was chosen given the home's 3-minute proximity to downtown Banner Elk and the fact you feel like you are in a tree house �roost�. From the moment you arrive, you will notice the impeccable attention to detail with bark accents, rhododendron railings, granite countertops and beautiful millwork throughout the home. Sip on your favorite cup of coffee or cocktail on one of the expansive decks on the main and lower living areas while enjoying the long range layered mountain views including Grandfather and Sugar Mountains. Well-appointed and distinguished mountain living with fun artwork throughout! This home is ideal for multiple families in need of extra space with two master suites and kitchens. It is also ideal for seniors as there is a master on the main and only two small steps to enter or pull into the garage for same level living on the lower level.
