Escape to the Blue Ridge Mountains! This beautiful home sits in the heart of town, close to all fun attractions the High Country offers! It also comes a stunning mountain view from the living room, kitchen and patio. This is the perfect retreat to escape the busy life and let your worries melt away! The main level offers guests an open layout between the living room and kitchen. The kitchen, featuring beautiful granite, stainless appliances and a Keurig coffee pot, will be fully stocked for the family chef! The dining table seats 6. The living room has a large flat screen television above a gas fireplace, comfy couches and easy deck access through the sliding glass doors. Perfect for enjoying your home cooked meal outside in the cool summer breeze! There is a half bath on the main level. The master bedroom is on the main level and has a king size bed, flat screen TV and a full bathroom. Head downstairs to the other two bedrooms, one with a queen bed the the other with two twin beds. These bedrooms will share a full bathroom. There is also a nice sitting area downstairs with a cozy sectional couch and TV. Marvel at the stunning view from the patio while you catch up with your friends and family and share stories that create memories of a life time! If you're lucky, you'll be able to witness a fiery sunrise or sunset behind the mountains as you relax in the hot tub. Escape to Blue Ridge sits between the towns of Boone and Blowing Rock, approximately 10-15 minutes to either town. The Blue Ridge Parkway is also just a 10 minute drive. Additional notes: -There is only parking space for 3 vehicles max. -This home is not pet friendly due to severe animal allergies in the homeowners' family. No animals are allowed on the premises at any time for any reason. Thank you for helping us keep their home safe. -AWD or 4WD vehicles recommended in the winter months. -The home has a video doorbell for safety. No cameras are in any interior or recreational spaces. -There are several full time residents near by. Please respect a quiet hour of 10PM, thank you.
