Start the day with coffee and/or breakfast on the deck listening to the sounds of the river and end your day peacefully in the rocking chairs listening to the sounds of nature, grilling out on the grill provided. Inside, you'll find a ​​​​​​​ great room, along with satellite TV with DVD for entertainment, washer/dryer and a full kitchen. The sleeper sofa offers a place for the children or extra guests. Each room has been quaintly & tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and accessories. Whether you're spending a weekend or a week, you won't want to go back home! Please note that this property absolutely does not permit pets anywhere in or on the premises at any time including outdoor spaces. Bona fide service animals with appropriate certification may be permitted, and the presence of a certified service animal must be disclosed prior to check-in. Misrepresenting a pet as a certified service animal is a crime under North Carolina law. Guests who bring a pet to a no-pet home will be subject to a non-refundable $500 extra cleaning fee to remove pet hair and dander and clean carpets and upholstery. If any pets are discovered during your tenancy including via security camera or observation of neighbors or BRMR staff, your credit card on file will be charged for the above-mentioned fee, and you will be evicted without refund of unused days. The fireplace in the living room is for decorative purposes only and is not to be used by guests. Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
