Inside, the great room has a custom dining table made out of a wood slab by the homeowner, with four chairs around it. There is a blue velour couch and two cozy chairs facing an electric fireplace with a Roku-equipped Smart TV mounted above it. Enjoy your favorite shows on Netflix & SlingTV! The kitchen has a fullsized oven & range and refrigerator with ample cabinet space and all the essentials you'll need to prepare delicious snacks and meals. A stacked washer & dryer is tucked into a closet. Off the kitchen is the full bathroom, with a fullsized regular toilet and a regular sized shower. The bedroom has a Queen bed with another Roku-equipped Smart TV. Two adults can share the Queen bed with room for one adult or two children on the foldout fullsized sofa in the great room. Step outside and enjoy the finest High Country outdoor living! A custom made woodburning fireplace chimney awaits beside the flagstone courtyard, with a park-style charcoal grill beside it.
