The lower level includes a lovely family room area with a gas fireplace, two nice size bedrooms and a full bath. As if that weren't enough, this level is complete with a great billiard table. Outdoors is a new fire pit. When coming to the mountains, you will be glad you chose Honey Bear Haven, as your home away from home. Also, the power outlet is a standard NEMA 14-50 receptacle, guests with electric vehicles or plug-in hybrids are welcome to make use of it and 'fill-up' for free. Please note that fishing in the rivers is reserved exclusively for the homeowners. This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home. - Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance.
