You can feel the passion the chefs have for their craft. They make it a point to source their ingredients from local farms, bakeries, and coffee and tea shops. Many of their dishes are prepared via slow-cooking, which we feel is well worth the wait. From seafood to steak to vegetables at the peak of freshness, the Greek and Mediterranean menu offers something delicious and impressively filling for everyone.
Drinks are plentiful and expertly prepared. You can choose from dozens upon dozens of wines from whites, reds, and rose to sparkling and dessert varieties. The bar offers a nice selection of both classic and seasonal brews, many with Golden Fleece’s unique twist.
Golden Fleece brims with old-country style ambiance. The gorgeous rustic interior, wood decor, ambient lighting, and crackling fires create a charming at-home feel perfect for romantic dinners. Outdoor patio seating is fun for lunch and brunch and large get-togethers. The restaurant’s popularity attracts diners from the world over, occasionally resulting in shortages of certain wines and ingredients. However, the quality of the food, cozy ambiance, and dedication of the staff are more than enough to have us book another reservation.

House Spread Board
An introduction to Greek cuisine, this smorgasbord of tasty goodness is one heck of an appetizer. It comes with Kafteri (a spicy cheese spread), Tzatziki (a cucumber yogurt dip), Melitzana (eggplant), Fava (a split pea puree), Kalamata olives, pita, grilled bread, and a variety of vegetables. We recommend enjoying this appetizer with friends or family.
Burnt Brussels Sprouts
We didn’t expect much of a dish consisting solely of Brussels sprouts, but were glad to be proven wrong. A light charring does wonders to bring out the flavor of the mini-cabbages, and garlic, lemon, honey, and olive oil drive home the addictive quality of this dish.
Golden Fleece’s take on this classic is both delicious and more than enough to satisfy even the hungriest customer. A generous portion of meticulously seasoned sirloin is served alongside tender asparagus spears and marinated oyster mushrooms. An earthy pistachio chermoula drives home unforgettable Mediterranean flavor.
Rack of Lamb
You can’t fully appreciate Greek cuisine without trying a classic lamb dish. Juicy, tender, and flavorful, the rack of lamb is pure satisfaction. Grilled okra, local watercress, and lemon add just the right amount of freshness, and toasted almonds round out the earthy bliss of this dish.
Wood-Fire Wild Scallops
We can only describe these scallops as savory Mediterranean goodness. The dish spares no expense in flavor with a rich pepper-tomato sauce alongside smoked tomato. The savory aspect balances with strawberry-scallion cous-cous and rosemary roasted shallots to please the taste buds in every way you can imagine.
