PARKING OPTIONS: The Health and Human Services parking garage located on the block behind the building, and there are several Municipal Parking Garages (Rankin, Civic Center, Aloft Hotel, Wall Street) located within a 1 - 3 block walk of the S&W building, at guest's expense. The first hour of parking is free, $1.25 per hour thereafter, daily maximum parking $12. On street metered parking is FREE Saturday 6 PM-Monday 8 AM, and all city holidays. Host Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy works in three phases:

Phase 1: Cancellations that are made more than ninety-one (91) days prior to the arrival date will be eligible for a full refund, less the processing fee, a $350.00 service charge and the Travel Insurance Premium (if purchased).

Phase 2: Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within ninety (90) to sixty-one (61) days of the arrival date, forfeit the initial 50% payment.

Phase 3: Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date will forfeit all payments, except cleaning fees and applicable taxes. Early departure does not warrant a refund of rent*. *Email constitutes effective written notice and is governed by the timestamp of email receipt
